Prices aren’t great. This place is usually dead for a reason. Way better deals at Nordstrom Rack down the road. They also have strange discounts. Their red tag items aren’t really that great of a deal, see picture, it’s honestly sad.Also, their holiday return policy is not the same as Saks. They denied a return which would have been ok at the regular Saks.Just double check the return policy. And double check the items that are on sale, to make sure you are getting a good price.

Not too much selection of clothing and poor sales. Most of the staff is okay except this white older lady I think the manager or supervisor who didnt want to give me the case for a sunglass I purchased. I have bought in the past same store 3 other sunglasses and didnt have to ask for a case. I got one automatic.... But on Friday I bought my 4th one and this lady told me that they were retailers thats why she wasnt going to give me one. I told her they always give me one and she said no have a nice evening... My daughter and me saw a drawer full of Kate Spade cases. Kept on telling her you do have cases they are in the drawer but would just ignore us. This is very disrespectful specially in this great location.Im going back to the store and ask for an explanation or better yet Im calling corporate Im sure they will give me one. I was very confused at the moment.

I was just there and the guy at the door did not let me in. It was 740 pm I begged bc all I had was a quick return. So I suggest you call ahead if theyre even open.

Nice but pricey

The staff was friendly but there were a lot of half stacked racks. Nothing against the place. I got a decent belt which I was looking for but it didnt seem like they had a great selection.

Empty shelves. Not much of a selection for men.

Outlet. Not many sizes

It is a lovely store just the right size. Its laid out well and the staff is lovely.. I can return things easily that I bought online. I just discovered their baby clothes that are beautiful for todays modern baby

I wear high fashion, but this Saks is a little too bougie for my taste. Way too many sales people. The selection seems data driven and uncurated.

My first time in the East Hanover location and I was very pleased with the assistance I received anytime I had a question. The store is not that big but, I would definitely return!

MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTE: I am giving THREE STARS because there is a nasty scowling sales clerk that cant manage to help you or say more than a one syllable yes or no! Its a balding man with glasses, boy is he miserable and ruins the shopping experience! NASTY to the core. I needed help with a HIGH END purchase and he grudgingly answered my few questions with I dont know and he wouldnt even look at me. Unsmiling miserable guy! GET RID OF HIM! If you have issues keep them at home not in your work place!Other than that some good finds and good sales. Clean and organized.
