The sales associates an cashier are usually great at greeting you when you come. The reason i give this eblens 3 stars is for the attitude certain employees have towards a regular customer that pays for merch an look at customers as if they trying to pull a fast one but all an all decent individuals in an out the door

Incredible clothes, excellent prices and customer service.

They have a huge sneaker collection and their clothes are quite up to date and trendy. Something for the entire family. Its clean and parking is available.

They have so many sales but never have any sizes available. You tell sales person you dont want the display shoe because it looks like it has been used. When you get home you find display in box. And you cant bring back because they look used. Nice good way to get rid of those shoes.

Second time I went to Eblens this week the one in Buckland Hills Mall Manchester Connecticut I just left East Hartford Connecticut Eblens and both times they try to sell me used sneakers and Boots and every time I asked to change them for some different ones they said that was the last ones in my size. They trained to say that to make you buy them . both times they were scuffed and look used .and i asked for a discount and they said no . Make sure you check your sneakers and Boots before you leave the store they a scam.

I like how this place has new verieties. Some stuff may be a bit older but its not the same stuff everytime I go. They do carry good brands and up to date sneakers.
