This is such a poor location. Local grocery stores are gone, and restore along with Dollar General are the only food stores around . It really hurts because there is no fresh fruit or vegetables . Best location does have a frozen food section .I appreciate the employees that come in and keep the store going. thank you.

Very quick in and out and isles are clear ..many stores around here just leave there boxes to be put up sitting in the way makes it very hard when youre handicap/ elderly with a walker

One of my favorite places to go, they all know me very well. Its great for house hold goods, pet foods, baby supplies.

Walk in this store to grab a bathing towel saw the price for $3 so I grab it ended up ringing at $5 told the female manager was there at the time and she was talking to me like I was a Lier. I even walk over to the shelf we’re she saw the towels well stock on the shelf with the price saying $3 and she is going to tell me a customer put it there. Really! a customer stock it nice and neat on the shelf. I have being in retail management for over 8 years and not once after a customer show me a miss price I will not honor it or talk to them like there a lier, I will never step foot in this family ever again.

Family Dollar and Dollar Tree are stores I always visited when I need stuff for good price. With the situation yesterday and bad customer service, decided NOT to visit again.I purchased a bluetooth speaker (as on receipt) around 9.00 PM on 7/7/2018. Asked to test before buy, but lady over there mentioned I could exchange and cant test before buy. Also she stated If I dont like it could return within 30 days. There was no sign something that saying return policy.After I go home, found that its defective. Visited same store around 11 AM (next day) but assistant store manager who is named EDGARDO PEREZ was diresctful and did not want to listen its not working.It was the chepest customer service I EVER experienced. He did not allowed me to talk someone senior to him and asked me to go to police with the note attached.All I felt was talking to thug not to a assistant store manager or customer service.

I gotten everything I needed and some I am A Line Clearance Guy Who Works For Asplundh Tree Expert Company and We Contract For Eversource so I work Trimming The Power Lines So I Sticked Up On Bunch Stuff So I Guve A Great Recommendation To The East Hartford Ellington Road Family Dollar Great Customer Service...🤘🤘🤘🤙🤙🤟🤟🤟
