I crashed my car and brought it here to get fixed. First off, it took 2 months to fix because he couldnt find parts that were easily accessible online. We kept asking for updates like what was going on with the car and got an attitude every time. You would expect after 2 months that my car would be fully fixed. Nope. I have more problems now then I did when my car was smashed in. First off, my windshield wipers now dont work and my hood wont close so my car is undriveable. He is the one that messed these up. They worked fine after the crash and I know this because I drove the car to the autobody shop and things worked fine. Customer service awful. Wanted us to pay to fix his mistake. He also didnt replace things like reflectors on my car when he had an ample 2 months to find these parts. Told us after the car wasnt even fully fixed that we could have found the parts if it was so easy. We would have done that because it is easy. Its called using a computer buddy, amazon, OEM, stuff like that. I am never going back here I would have been better off fixing my car myself off of Youtube videos. Thanks for breaking my car more and charging me 3k for it. Would never recommend this place. Unprofessional and disgusting.

I was very impressed with the work done on my car. I also received it back clean and looking new again on the inside as well. They are professional and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone to have work done there.

They refused to provide a written estimate without seeing the insurance companys estimate. I think this is a questionable business practice. Any reputable auto repair place is required to provide an estimate in advance. They appear to be going out of business because they dont have a website that works either. The owner Bill literally tried to have me sign blank paperwork waiving an estimate too.

They do a great job but they take forever

Very rude customer service call to have a plow mount put on my truck and the owner or employee was really rude and was yelling at me would not recommend them to anyone
