Ive gone here twice for oil changes on Saturdays. They are always quick and efficient getting you in and out. Then today at 4:30 on my way home from picking up my kids from daycare for my tire registered low. They were very accommodating taking me and patching my tire for a nail even though they were closing at 5:00. Their customer service is top-notch. It also helps that my son likes the lollipops!

Always have a great experience and the staff are super helpful, and very happy. The fact that it’s owned by a female tops my list of where to take my vehicles and trust that I’m not being taken advantage of. Best staff any where. 💯 you will always get my vote as #one place for all my vehicles needs.

I recently had a flat tire and visited Torello Tire for the first time. Mike, Mac, and the rest of the team were so helpful! I’m impressed with how fast and easy it was. Definitely a better experience then going to see “the other guys”. Will be a return customer for future!

DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN PRICES - STAY AWAY. For my 215/55R17 tires I should have been charged $84 plus tax according to the prices they list on TireRack. Well I just had Torrello for my tire installation and was actually charged $139! Heres the REAL breakdown: $25 per tire for mount/balance (on TireRack they advertise $15/tire for a 55 sidewall tire), $4 per tire disposal fee (that one was honest), and then $6 a tire for new rubber valve stems (listed as $2 a tire) supposedly because theyre TPMS rubber stems. I looked it up, and TPMS valve stems are $8 for a set of 5 on Amazon... what a rip-off! As if that wasnt enough, they left grease all over the sidewalls... cmon guys, have some pride in your work and clean up after yourself.On the positive side I did get an alignment for $100 which is a fair price, but with how they lied about their pricing I feel Im going to have to go look at the bolt heads to make sure they didnt lie about that too! Trust is broken, never going back.

Torello always does a good job, fair prices and honest recommendations. No mansplaining. Apart from waiting 30 minutes for my scheduled oil change to begin and the service tech who literally sped my car out in the lot, they were great. Only place I don’t mind going for automotive stuff.

Highly recommend Torello Tire! They checked the pressure in my temporary bubble which a roadside service had put on and was way too low, and then got my new tire on quickly. Weve used them for years for both auto repairs and tires and they do not disappoint.

What kind can I say about this place?! They saved my day!! Flat tire on the day of my cousins wedding (talk about bad luck) and they were able to replace my tire and order me a new one to match the rest as a walk in all under and hour 👏🏻 Helped me feel at ease and that I didn’t have to worry. We were from out of town, visiting our daughter nearby. We developed a tire issue, with one tire, necessitating replacement of all four tires on our truck. They made no promises, but they really came through. They had everything taken care of, quickly and efficiently. I had the opportunity to observe their customer service with other customers. They are a quality company that takes good care of its customers. Our daughter will use them in the future. I wish we lived closer.

Torello Tire team got my AC Running super cold! They also did an alignment, tire rotation, replaced some of my tire sensors. My 2004 Jeep is driving like new and keeping me cool for the summer. This family owned shop is always super clean and professional. They also have an awesome 2 year / 24,000 mile NAPA AutoCare Warranty on all my repair work.

Had emssion testing done here. Never in my life have I had someone red line my truck for a SNAP test. Ive had my emissions done 5 times since Ive owned the truck. Only place to race the motor and red line it. Not to mention put a dent in my exhaust pipe. I wont be back.

Very accommodating they are willing to work with your schedule. I used the drop box route because I had to be at work before the day was out I received a call saying my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up. I am pleased with their service. Also Mike is easy to talk to and very hospitable. I will be returning for future services.

Definitely will go back. Instilled trust in me at first visit. This was the first time I used Torello (based on their great reviews). I brought my car in for its 30,000 mile maintenance requirement. Dave reviewed the Toyota Dealers list of required maintenance with me and reassured me he would only do what was needed. True to his word, Dave and his team did what needed to be done to keep my car running smoothly and to stay in compliance with my extended warranty. The price was reasonable. The dealer wanted to charge me approx. 600. Dave charged me under 130.00 because he didn’t milk me for all the unnecessary items on the list. I felt comfortable asking questions I had and received information that was helpful. I also had my emissions test done there. The shop followed CDC safety protocols and....Dave’s a nice guy!

I went to another facility( the dealership for my SUV) because my oil light came on, I have a fairly new SUV. The facility that I went to treated me awful and led me to believe that I was seeing things. The said my oil level was fine but they were going to have it look at by their mechanics. Feeling unsure and very insecure I got in my car and pulled away. On my way down the road I said let me stop at Torrellos and see if they can help me, I pulled in COLD with no appointment, went in and spoke to Mike, who is fabulous, he said let me have one of my guys check the oil level for you and thats what they did. It was found to be 3 quarts down, so they filled it back up and charged me a small amount for the oil. Although I go for regular oil changes at the Dealer ship, Torrellos TIre definitely won me over. As soon as I am finished with the package of 6 oil changes I bought from the dealership, I will definitely be going to Torrellos for my automotive needs. They have never failed me. Desk girls were a little unfriendly at first due to me coming in late in the day but once i met mike the serv writer everything went smoothly with my 15 challenger giving favorable prices excellent work and personally texting me when done. Kept car indoors overnight to ensure security.

I have had the worst service experience from Torello tires recently. It is such a money targeted shop. It took me 10 days to get a single RIGHT tire replaced. They have put on some other customer’s tire on my car and my tire on her car. When I realized this 2 days later I called them and let them know. They told me that they will have the new tire ready 2 days later. When I went there on my appointment time, they didn’t have the tire and they have offered to swap the used tire from the customer’s vehicle. I haven’t accepted that and they had to order a new tire. I don’t even think that they have let the other customer know about the issue. They have even charged me $25 for a tire they didn’t have in stock(called it freight charge) and they charged me $10 to put the spare tire back on its place. I called Goodyear to report the issue and they told me that they are just a place selling their tires and all they got was the phone number of Torello(no email, no owner contact info). How sad it is that you cannot even report a bad service and such a bad representation of good brand tires. Do NOT fall for the good ratings of the place. You can understand that they are just looking for to charge you for everything as you can understand from the things they have charged me.(especially the spare tire put on charge)

This is a special place. I received an appointment confirmation call that was professional, informative, and actually pleasant! The service was done quickly and there were no surprises. I was contacted when there were choice points about my car. This was my first experience and I will make Tortello my regular automechanic going forward!

Great customer service and follow-up!

Took my car there because they are on the list CarMax uses for the Maxcare warranty. I have a 250 dollar deductible. They used over an hour diagnostic time to determine a rotted transmission line. Then they added a bunch of fees. They had the car 2 days and didn’t even do a thing to it. They were too busy adding fees to the deductible I have. They are liars and crooks. I hope CarMax stops referring their customers to them!! On top of it they wouldn’t even work with Repair Pal or the warranty company when they called them to ask what all the fees were. I took my car out of there!! Stay away!!!

I recently took my jeep wrangler to Torello Tire & Auto Repair to have my tires replaced and realigned and could not be happier with my experience. My jeep drives a lot better now and less wobbly. The staff was extremely professional and the quality of their work was second to none. I highly recommend using Torello Tire & Auto Repair and would use them for future repairs.

Went above and beyond - Beginning of the month I got a flat with a tire I purchased under the Goodyear National Protection Plan. What should have been an easy repair, after hours of conversation with seller, Goodyear and their local distributors, seemed unlikely due to limited distribution and poor customer service. Finally I was able to get on the phone with Torello and they took care of everything. They worked with a MA garage to get a tire sent down to CT and completely replace the tire. The customer service I got here was incredible. They spoke with me, cleared everything up and handled my case directly. A business like this is hard to find, and they deserve all of your business.
