This is for the woman who answered the phone today (10/14/21) at 7:38AM—thank you SO MUCH for your iconic customer service in locating my UPS package.I called about a package that I never was notified via UPS was rerouted to this store, inquiring if it indeed was being shipped back to the sender. Whoever answered the phone was very kind, especially given that I can only assume having to deal with peoples UPS packages is a very annoying part of this job. She took time to look for the package, and unfortunately our call got disconnected.I assumed my package wasnt there and figured Id triage with UPS.To my surprise, despite having not left my number, this woman called me back about 20 minutes later to say she was sorry that she got sidetracked with helping a customer in store but to confirm that she didnt find my package.I feel like customer service these days is absolute TRASH. Youll go to a restaurant and order your entire meal on an app, or everyone is in a bad mood and treating each other with a lack of patience and disdain.It was such a small gesture to call me back AND in a good mood, but it really started my day off on the right foot. Whoever the woman was that answered my call—I wish you the best and hope you get raises and promotions wherever you go because you are clearly a conscientious worker and a kind person.Thanks again. 💖

Has to be the worst advance auto in Connecticut they don’t know what they’re doing never give you the right part Can keep you on hold for hours with an empty store I mean it goes on and on no wonder AutoZone across the street is Killen advance auto in New Haven Connecticut it’s sad used to be a really good store to go to now it’s just a waste of time

Terrible customer service... Two male employees saw me walk towards the register immediately they hide where the parts are located... They come out see Im still there they hide again. One of them with no choice opens a register with the nastiest attitude as though i was such a burden. I would rather risk my safety driving my truck back home then to be served by these people... I would give 0 starts if possible..

Jeremy and Janet are first class. They offered to help me with my car in the freezing cold. Very knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond.

I was having some trouble with my car starting, I had to give it some gas to get it to turn over. This is right when its starting to get cooler at night. I brought it down here, I didnt catch his name, but he came out tested everything gave me the slip. Told me it was all good, and that it could be weather related. He actually even said next week its supposed to be warmer, so if it continues then take it for a tune up, but if not, then its likely the cold. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I was literally in and out in less then 10 minutes!

I stop by to get a lite bulb for my truck I cant believe how long I had to wait to cash out there were 4 guys working an to bizey on the phone with people on the phone trying to get there cars fixed for free no one wanted to cash me out people waiting in line an no one waiting on use they should have a cashier just for people who want to cash out I have no plans on going back there any time soon that place was a nitemare

They had an unusual honda adaptor we needed back in the day.

Dirty, unkept store. Often there are sections of shelves with all the products missing. I was surprised at how poorly kept the store was. The employees are fine and there are generally no lines as everyone is at the autozone across the street. Not going back and would recommend you don’t waste your tim here. Prices are comparble to those at the autozone and there is a Walmart just down the street if you are looking for cheaper proces. If you do go call ahead to make sure they have what you need.

For the short staff we are aND high volume we have I think we do a pretty good job! We respect amd value all our customers,we keep a calm and cool attitude,we give the respect we get thank you all for the love positive or negative.
