Customer service was great very helpful in explaining services and promotions of services. I would definitely refer people to come here if they need good explanation of what their service does compared to other carriers.

I was picking up my lost phone. Eddie was most helpful with resolving some issues with the phone as well. He was pleasant and knowledgeable . So glad there is a new manager I actually will recommend anyone to the Foxon AT&T. Thank you Barbara

I went to AT&T today to upgrade my phone after having some issues trying to upgrade online. Mike assisted me from the moment I walked in the store until we were done with every step (even though his shift was ending). I thoroughly applaud his customer service and the overall service of the store. I always felt comfortable and safe (everyone was wearing masks, social distancing, using hand sanitizer, etc). I will recommend this store to anyone I talk to and I look forward to going back. Thank you for your help! I also want to add that the store was clean and didn’t smell weird unlike some of the stores I’ve been in.

Awful service! Although no one else was in the store, I was not greeted upon entering nor acknowledged while browsing in the store. I had time to write this review while there for a total of 11 minutes without help!

My experience today with Mike at AT&T, Foxon store in East Haven was better then intimidated,.He greeted me with a smile, and reassured me no worries, he would help me with my cell phone. He could tell I was anxious and I explained my bad experience last week here with a girl named Victoria. Explain to her she needed more patience with me, I have a severe disability. She looked at my phone for two minutes and said she could not help me. So yes I walked out very frustrated.Mike helped me for an hour with me, explain to me step-by-step, he has patience of a saint!I would’ve gave him 10 stars that’s what he deserves.I will continue Coming to the store, will ask when Mike will be working, to assist me in a pleasant, understanding way.Thank you again MikeMargaret Lifton

The gentleman that helped was amazing and so helping in helping me with my prepaid phone and getting it to have dataThe only problem I had with the store was he was the only person working later I found out that the manager was supposed to there working and decided to leave at 12 due to it was slow I have been in the customer service business for over 30 years and you can never have just one person working in a store like that you can be slow for 8 hours then be packed for one that was not right of the manager to do that to this associate when I return to this store for further help I will only go to the associate that helped on 10/1 I did forget his name do to I was in a rush have to pick up my kidYou need a new manager

The store is absolutely 5 stars! Its a really clean store and the staff is super friendly. Right when I walked in, Jonathan greeted me. Him and Maurice were so down to earth, funny, and kind! I will make sure all my AT&T business is done at this store! :)

I want to give this store on Foxon Road in East Haven, a five star review, because I felt welcomed as, soon, as I walked in. Even though the associate was with a customer, he acknowledged that I was there. I was greeted with a smile and a sense of sincerity by the manager, which showed me he had great customer service skills. I’m not up on all the new technically that’s out, so I needed help to understand my I-phone and I- watch better, he answered all my question thoroughly and I walked out feeling educated on my items. I would recommended this store to my family and friends for their future purchases or questions, because I had such a great experience.

Victoria was so helpful with my sons first AT&T Phone she went above and beyond the call to take care of us in a patient but timely manner😎😎😀 we will definitely be back!!

I visited the East Haven store for a new phone. Jessica from this ATT store set up my new phone. I must say she went above and beyond. She was very patient and took the time to be sure I was satisfied and that all my apps worked. I would highly recommend her.

Hands down best experience I’ve had at an AT&T store. Jessica and Sasha especially were extremely helpful. I had a major issue with my iPhone and they helped solve the problem. 10/10!!!

Madison was extremely friendly and greeted me immediately, she was able to solve my problem and replace my phone. She also transferred all my contacts without significant wait time. Had a very good experience and will return to this store for future purchases.

My, fiancee, used this store in east haven to pay his bill on his wireless account.He has gone there for the last two pay months and has excellent service. The personel in that store are acknowledging, curteous, and customer service oriented. The at&t stores in hamden and north haven, which is alot closer to our house are horrible, no acknowledgement, not courteous, and wait time is 20-30 mins.To pay a bill??. East Haven .He was waited on immediately. I recommend you go to this store for any of your needs.

Terrible service

I went in this store to get a new watch and I was SHOCKED that the store manager for this location was a girl that is known for FRAUD!! Do NOT give this location access to your accounts!!! She will add lines to your account without your knowledge
