I recently went to switch from my 11 to the 13. The process was so stress free and quick! Aaron was a great help, explained everything and made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for. No complaints.

This stores customer service is absolutely amazing. I recently upgraded from an iPhone 11 with AT&T then switched to Verizon and got the IPhone 12 Pro Max. Aaron helped me out a lot with everything that day. Today I purchased an Apple Watch with the help of Israel (store manager) and Aaron they were both phenomenal. 5/5 no doubt

Super kid-friendly store! The rep explained parental controls and screen time functions to me (mom) and showed my 10 year old all the features of his phone! My uncle comes here all the time for his many iPhone questions, being a senior it’s not easy keeping up with technology ( he always thinks there’s a problem with his phone), but these guys are so friendly and tolerant of his inquiries..they always take the time with him

Wireless Zone of East Haven is hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve worked in retail for 19 years and know what to look for when it comes to servicing customers. I was helped by their store manager, Dennis, who was extremely helpful. When I went to him with my questions and concerns he assured me he would help in any way possible and do what was right for me. Well he kept his word and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t live close to that location, in fact there are about 3 locations within a 5-15 minute ride of my home but my past experiences make me not want to go. To say the least they were pleasant, empathetic, understood my needs, even went beyond my initial need, and made me feel confident in the choices I made and products I purchased. I strongly suggest giving these guys a visit if you need assistance with Verizon.

Been shopping at this location for awhile now and they always do a great job! I live a fair distance from this store but its worth the drive to get that level of service. Visited them for black Friday and you could tell people like to shop here too. If you need anything Verizon dont go online or to a corporate store...go here. You wont be disappointed!

I would strongly recommend East haven Verizon for great customer service.i came in to pay my bill and was curious about the HUM.Store rep Brett explained some key features and I was sold after he said I can receive discounts on restaurants and hotels!He even installed it in my car and setup my account for it on the spot! For $10 a month, thats a steal! Definatly going to recommend to friends and family to this Verizon and buying the HUM!Thanks again Brett for your help😊
