Management is really rude to employees and customers, dirty looks and employees looked nervous upon asking if I wanted a credit card with big lots. if I didnt know better id assume they had a gun to their head. Ive seen dogs in the pound treated better than these employees. goatee guy gives me the creeps.

As I walked around seen Christmas decorations are already displayed rushing the holidays as we see.

I love biglots,, always has all Im looking for, the prices are reasonable, I go as many time Im able to.

This big lots is a very big location and has a big selection but it does not have any greeting cards at all and so they didnt have what I was looking for unfortunately. With that all said the staff was very friendly and helpful for anything else that I may have needed.

They hardly had any toys and hardly any fall decorations

Nice store nice home goods i just give it a one star because iam upset how the bed i want is on display and its the only one left been 2 months now and its still the only one, melissa told me they will sell it to me with a discount but then they changed their mind and decided to keep it i was told its not like its free i have money its ok tho ill figure something out

Nelson r was working diligently when I walked up and asked him for help finding a drain plug for my tub he stopped what he was doing to prioritize helping me, he then walked over and asked an employee who he knew could help us in Spanish for help this guy is doing his job exactly how he should excellent customer service!!!! 10 stars

I a B.I.G. lots credit card holder.Just a helpful note. I had the most frustrating experience recently at my local big lots (East Haven,Ct. frontage rd) when trying to buy a new $1,200 mattress set. After two hours of waiting for the employees to locate all the parts I was told that my 1000 credit card and a 200 debit cannot be combined to qualify for 12 month finance option per my email and advertisement. I was told by the store employee to come back after pandemic because they do not know what to do. All this during pandemic. Please do better. I slept on the floor that night and went to mattress firm the next day.

I have been to big lots all across the country, i have to say, this is probably the cleanest one that i have ever been to. The staff is very kind and very helpful. They also have a very nice selection of inexpensive furniture. Some assembly may be required, so get a pizza and enjoy.

Big lots has good prices & the 1 in East Haven is new which is always nice. However I was there the other day to by a Christmas tree & the cashier told me about a coupon they had spend $15 & get $5 off. Well the supervisor that came over to take care of this process said to the girl right in front if myself & other customers dont tell everyone about this coupon !!! I couldnt believe it! Why would u not want people to take advantage of this savings? Not good customer service! Is the money coming out of her pocket??!!

There is always tons of choices that you can get affordably. Only thing I do think could be a lot better is more folks helping out on the floor. It always seems like the only people who there are the cashiers.

Every one is so helpful Larry in furniture has been my biggest helper in the store hes very helpfull to me and l all ways go to him for my big house whole needs🦋

Nice size store and clean. You may catch some okay prices for food and essentials. As for other items there werent any bargains compared to Wal-mart prices with same quality. Overall I got what I was looking for and didnt go over my budget. Also didnt have to wait long to cash out! BTW they do not offer cash back when using your debit card.

Yet another can believe I love this place just watch how you spend your hard earned buck not everything stands the test of time

I am not a fan of grocery stores. I love this store because it is saves me from having to make multiple stops. I can find anything for the home or office from milk to pet food. My favorite go to store.

Nice variety of Foods and Household Goods

I purchased pedigree canned dog food multi pack, went to get a can out of the plastic covering, to discover a horrible smell. Upon further investigation I found maggots on the cans. I will Never shop there again! Could not bring back to the store, as I dont want maggots in my car!!! Extremely disappointed!! Would not recommend.

I went there yesterday for an unusually long curtain rod and not only did they have it in stock, it was super easy to find

Odered a dining room set and was told it would take 7-10 days for delivery, i had no problem waiting for it to be delivered to the store. However I went to the store on the tenth day to make my pick up and was told it did not come in. One the managers simple told me she did not know when another set would come in so i walked away with no dining room set. Two managers at that store failed MISERABLY to remedy the situation. They put an item on display which they dont have in stock but cant order for you. Both those incompetent managers blamed the associate who originally placed my order saying they dont order a single item it has to come in with any random bulk order. Blamed the associate instead of stepping up to the plate and accepting that they failed MISERABLY...

I am so glad they decided to open a big lots near me. The store is clean and they have some really good bargains...staff is 👍!

This is my new favorite store for discounts on the everyday things. Considering it took the place of Xpect Discounts - this is a MAJOR step up. The store is clean, the selection is very wide & the staff is helpful, everything that Xpect was NOT!!

Great offers they sale it all even furniture also they off payment plans so you dont have to be without a bed or your kids, even a couches they even let you take it home and pay on it.like a rent a center place but you only pay what is worth not 4 times over like rent to.own

Called to get a toy out on hold for the next morning and the manager Lou gave me a hard time. He never placed me on hold to even make sure they still had it in stock. He simply said no. Very rude and unprofessional. Not a good start to a brand new store in the area. You have to be a people person to manage a store. Very disappointed.

Very cheap and affordable. Ill always go over to Big Lots before hitting up Walmart or Target! And its very clean and organized, hope it stays that way!

Love going to Hobby Lobby for my yarn & whIle there this time they had a few things marked down to about 90% off. One great thing that was marked down was a kit & in it you got 4 LG crochet needles for bulky yarn, hks to show were the beginning or end of your stitch in 3 different sizes not sure how many but over 20, plus a small cloth bag to keep it in & it was marked down to only $2.50 & it didnt have the regular price tag but it was atlease $35. or more. I love that store. LOL
