Ive been coming to this please at least once or twice a week for the past couple years. And Id say its the best vape store around by far. All the workers are really cool and knowledgeable. And they really stand by their stuff. Like if I buy a coil or a battery and it doesnt work they dont give you the runaround they just replace it. Good stuff. 👍👍👍

Very great place knowledgeable staff not the type of people to up sell you always smiling and happy can get busy in here but its always worth the wait since they take the time to assure new and old customers are set up with there new gear as well as understand what there buying all in all this is a place that i would recommend to experienced Vapers and newcomers as well

I started vaping 9 years ago from a buddy who made the mods and juices out of his apartment. He opened his store and I was a loyal customer. I sent my then boyfriend into that particular store and they were rude, not helpful at all and had no knowledge at all when he was new at buying vaping products. He wanted to go to Vape instead and I refused because I wanted to give my business to my buddy. I went in and the owner wasnt there, I went to an employee and said that I wanted to purchase a very expenseMod and they were NOT FRIENDLY AND UNHELPFUL. Almost rude and had no knowledge at all. So I gave it and came to Vape and had the BEST experience. I had everything I wanted and needed, they did not try to up sell me for anything that I needed. They answer all of my questions and teach me how to care for my products and show me again and again when I come in. Anytime I go into Vape no matter who is working I am always treated with respect, attention & always take their time teaching me what Im doing wrong. After that story I will end with, I AM SO GRATEFUL I FOUND VAPE and after all of this my buddy from high school owns it and funny how things work. Thank you Vape!!! And all of your employees!!! Very friendly crowd every employee was very helpful to me if I trout that a coil was no good and I couldnt taste the flavor they tried and changed then for me to give a me a great fun flavor on each and every one.

Bought a PHIX here last week. Within a day the thing stopped working. Brought it back the next day and explained what happened, was very pleased with their reaction-- the young lady with short hair was very friendly and gave me a brand new PHIX at no cost without hesitation. Unfortunately I ran into the same issue with the vape no longer working after a few days. Brought it back today and was informed that youre not supposed to charge the thing with a regular charger box, i.e. an iPhone charger box. This of course would have been useful information to know when I originally made the purchase. The guy who I spoke with (bald guy with a goatee--nothing against bald guys, my grandfather is bald and I love him very much) told me that I wasnt supposed to charge it that way, and that this info was probably in the instructions, and since this was a user error, he could only give me another PHIX for 15% off. Now, when I purchased the vape and even when I returned the defective one and got a brand new one, none of the employees informed me that I couldnt charge it with probably one of the most common household charging boxes. Furthermore, upon reading the instructions, said bald employee discovered that this information was nowhere to be found. So naturally, I did not agree that I should have to spend more money for a user error that was practically unavoidable. After very politely arguing my case, said bald employee agreed to give me a new vape free of charge, but acted incredibly rude and unprofessional, acting as if I had done something wrong. If youre going to sell a product at your store, either include a compatible charging box in the original packaging, or include a warning in the instructions explaining that the device cannot be charged with a common charging box. And more importantly, if you want to run a succeful business, dont act like a dick to your customers when they have done nothing wrong. Remember, bald guy, the customer is always right. Unfortunately I wont be returning to this store in the future.

The staff here is top notch, always fee idly always greet me as soon as I walk in the door I dont have to ask to see somthing they always ask first if I need help with anything, the prices are fair ! And have a good selection of juice/ hardware. Totally recommend this shop if your in the area!

Possibly the worst vape shop experience ive ever had, owners arent friendly at all, employees are completely rude and made fun of me while i was in the shop, and i asked for multiple different juices and they were out of all of them...strongly advise you look elswhere
