I called forbes propane on Friday, the girl that answered the phone said the girl who handles propane sales is out until Monday. She asked for my name and number and told me someone would call me on Monday. Today (Thursday) 7bdays later I called back and explained to the girl who answered the phone that I had left my name and number for the sales person to call me. She cut me off and said, I dont have a number, I said well I left it with the girl who answered the phone on Friday. She replied yeah well I dont have a number so what do you want.How can I help you. Thank goodness Forbes isnt the only company out there. I will chose another company to service and I install propane for the 3 homes I recently built. Folks if your looking for new service skip right over Forbes. The girl who answered the phone is rude.

Forbes almost always has the lowest price by 5 cents (or more).Today I ordered oil at 10:25am, I was near tank at 12:30, and noticed it was full!! Wow less that 2 hour turn around WHAT?They have always been on time in the last 5 years or so, but this kind of service is UN-heard of these days. Nice to see there is at least one company that actually cares about its customers!! Whats next, they will some how see me thinking about oil, and deliver before I order?

They have the best service and the best prices!!If I need oil in a hurry, they will come right away with no extra charge. They will even do a restart if you run out of oil for no extra fee. The drivers are always courteous and professional. I wouldn’t use anyone else!!!

The staff are rude and inconsiderate. I am a single mom and I live paycheck to paycheck and every time I call them when I need oil. They suggest that I should buy more so I don’t have to call them constantly...I am so disappointed with their company. I have used them for 5 1/2 years.
