The owner is extremely rude to the point of harassing me on 3 separate occasions for no reason. 1st she didnt understand how mobile checkout works so she follows me out to my car yelling wait, u need to pay for that even though I had of course paid already.Then she starts going after me about limitations on what type of coffee I can get as a refill... I use the machine to make a fresh cup into my thermos. Sometimes Id add a shot of espresso and since my thermos wouldnt fit under Id have to use a small cup. She complained first about that, and then next time she saw me started yelling at me for just using the fresh coffee machine. Literally harassed me to the point I will not return. No other 711 has ever approached me about doing this same thing, and a lot of them still participate in the $1 coffee which this one has not.

Dealt with an extremely rude cashier a few days ago. I was too embarrassed to purchase what I needed.

They are rude and they do charge more than other 7-11s .

Tried charging me $2.99 for 7-11 jerky stick thats at most is $1.29 at other 7-11. Place is a joke with there prices if not in computer

They stare at everyone like theyre a theif and are plain rude... a few weeks ago one night the bosdidnt wanna call the cops when a BF&GF were fighting (verbally&physically) in a car outside after the GF yelled call the cops and he said they can call the police if they need them & went back into his office... theres 20 other 7-11s in town dont go to this one they dont care about the customers

Most people working the counter are just pure nasty/rude
