My husband failed at properly installing a smart garage door opener, and we called Lansing Overhead Door Company and they answered their phone immediately, booked our service call promptly, were out here within a few days, and arrived right when they said they would. The tech was very polite, worked by himself for about 30 mins and had it completely fixed and running smooth. We are impressed and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with a garage door!

We had received a bid from a competing Garage Door company for $900. They actually recommended we replace the door, too, for $3,000. Something didnt seem right. We have had a spring break in the past and they cost ~$250. Our door had a broken side cable, so $900 seemed crazy. I am sure glad we checked with Overhead Door. They came and gave us a free estimate and replaced both cables for $160. Straightforward and Honest. What more could we ask for?

Had someone out to fix our broken spring quickly but after the guy left we felt like the door was not sitting right. We called right after he left and 2 times since with no phone calls back but we received a bill in the mail. Not using again. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that stands behind their work.

Terrible customer service all the way around except for the installer. Wood grain door did not look wood grain. Rather than wood grain stamped panels with wood coloring they use a dimple imprint. Then they ordered the wrong trim twice and put up multiple pieces. Salesman lied by saying they only come in 10 ft sections for an 18 foot door. Called their competitor to find out yes they make 18 foot pieces. Then when they finally finish I get the nasty note.

This could be a great place they really do need to get whoever Tieler is off the phone. Maybe he was high today smoke too much or something but really should not be answering their phones. As far as service and work I never had a client complain when I referred them.

Techs know their stuff. Diagnosed several major problems with my garage door. Less than a half hour later he was knocking at the door. I assumed he had questions but he was letting me know he was already done. Door is smooth, quiet, and better than its ever worked.

Called on a busted chain and cable and the fellas here were able to replace the cable and get me hooked back up to repair my old door opener in less than an hour. Great people, great pricing and service! Will be back for any door needs.

These guys really know their craft. They put a overhead door in my workshop and it is perfect. They are not cheap, but quality materials and workmanship isnt.

Had a cable break, really thought everything was destroyed. They came out, inspected it, and repaired everything. Door is working great now. Super friendly, honest, and reasonable pricing.

My technician (DALE) came out within the time slot given. He was cordial, quick, and cleaned up everything after himself - not one little bolt, nut, or wire clipping left on the floor. Our motorized security door at my business would not open at H & H Jewelry Design. I spoke with them and asked if they could do same day service because I could not get into my business. They said they would try, but could not guarantee anything until the following day. At 2:15pm, their tech was on the way. It was a simple fix, but Overhead Door made the effort to give me same day service. Thanks Overhead for a job well done and getting my store back opened.

The call to set up my moms appointment was easy and effortless. We scheduled it between 12:00 noon and 4:00 PM, with a $95 charge for the visit. The repairman arrived just after 10:00 AM, and basically just changed out the batteries on the remotes, all for the low price of $95 (He didnt charge my mom for the batteries.). Im glad my moms garage door is working, but I question the steep price of $95 to make a visit. Seems excessive to me. Thats my two cents.

Outstanding service and fair pricing were the hallmarks of my interaction today. I realize no company can always provide such service all the time, but today I had a service man to my house within an hour of calling and the needed service was complete in a straightforward manner and at a fair price.

Terrible, I was billed three times for the exact repair. I called and spoke with an account receivable person that interrupted me every time I would speak. I then spoke with Mike, the Vice President. I had my three work orders in front of me with service work done on 12/12/16, 2/20/17, and 2/27/17 all for the same detailed billed service. I am a 21 year commercial customer with 12 large overhead doors. On 12/12/16, I directed them to fix whatever was needed! At the end, after I explained that I paid for and authorized all work they had recommended, in December he said, well that unit (an overhead door product is old and really should be replaced!!!

They had the exact parts that I needed and the price was well below what I was expecting for it. I had hunted around town for a particular aluminum garage door seal that would allow for a larger rubber seal and this was the only place out of 5 that had it.
