Mark and his team did a fantastic job replacing my transmission in my vehicle and making sure that they did not return my vehicle until it ran to their high standards. In this case Mark was not pleased with how the car shifted and the transmission sounded and had a second transmission put in the car to ensure the vehicle ran properly, was safe, and to his standard. Was told they would be able to help me knowing I have bad credit, they said they have specific programs to help people in my situation. I told them I didnt have a co signer and my reason why. They said it wouldnt be a problem. But later on through the process told me I would need a co signer to move forward... Why advertise you can help people, just to shut them out later. Waste of my time! I highly do not recommend this place. Youre better off going somewhere else!

I want to let you know that David Brown at the Calcutta location is excellent. He was patient to work with. Since this is my 4th vehicle from Good Wheels I knew what I wanted before I even arrived. Just recently bought Honda civic. Salesperson Vicki was very helpful. She was available when ever we had questions. You never felt pressured. We were very apprehensive about buying a car from them. Due to the negative reviews and things we had heard. But I think if you do your research on the vehicle you are interested in and keep an open mind. We were pleasantly surprised. I was concerned about a transmission issue and took it into their service. Patti was very pleasant. They said nothing was wrong with the transmission. I took it to my mechanic who confirmed it was fine. He changed the fluid. I was a little disappointed that they didnt change it after I said it was dirty. But overall a good experience.

This place was great. David went out of his way to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted.

I will never go through car dealer again; more like lemon dealer. I had some credit issues which they were able to work through, but all of the sudden, I went from five cars I was able to choose from, to one that came out of nowhere. When I bought the car everything was fine, for about a month and a half. All of the sudden, Im looking at over $2,000 in repairs; no wonder no one ever touched base about getting the vehicle inspected like I was promised. Warranty didnt cover anything, clutch and flywheel went down three months into owning the car, had to replace a bunch of wiring because the turn signals didnt work after the first week, and now Im dealing with, and have been dealing with for six months, exhaust and sensor problems. Save your money and dont use this excuse for a car dealer
