I have the best experience in this East Liverpool cricket store ever!!!!! Leroy is phenomenal guy he knows what he is doing fantastic job!! He sure does deserve a huge raise. His a great guy knows what hes doing wonderful service and helped me and a friend get new phones and phenomenal service with our phones. Hes a very upstanding young man for sure always has a smile on his face always knows his stuff. Which is such a relief after being without service at our old company boost. They were horrible!! Im so grateful for finding out where to get great service and a phenomenal guy whos helped more than once of getting our phones. Service is nice. Workers at the store are very knowledgeable and helpful if you have a problem with service. I started out with 2 lines a year in a half ago and yesterday i added 2 more lines and got some really nice phones and price. Im adding a 5 line Monday when my friend will be switching from Verizon to Cricket!!

Sales girl was rude and I waited for nearly an hour to get my phone turned on. There was only one other customer in the store to be waited on first. Train your employees to be kinder to their customers and there should definitely be more than one sales associate. The poor girl is probaby stressed, but it doesnt excuse the death glare I got when I was looking at their phones and a sensor went off, or the tone she used when I asked what happened. I dread ever having to come back here.
