Went in to pay my bill.....easy in easy out...less than 5 min. Course now I am broke....lol...thats life in the fast lane.

Called phone number wasted a lot of time on hold with robot eventually got to random-rude human who told me that the store does not accept any calls... so dont waste your time calling the local number you will be redirected to a national answering service.

Sales women was very knowledgeable and pleasant

I took my boyfriend up there to get a new phone upgrade and you was alright lot different than normal but it was a decent experience person who helped us was very nice.

Beware they will tell you anything to get you into the store then once you’re in there their story changes and all they try to do is pressure you into contract. I Purchased one item for full price so I would not be on a contract, I later found out that it was on a contract and I had to pay it early termination. Becky is one of the ones that is very Manipulative she made me all kinds of promises over the phone I went in the store and she did not follow through with any of it

Our sales associate was awesome after already having been through most of an extremely busy black Friday she treated us as if were her first customer. Knowledgeable fast and friendly

Went in on Wednesday night to see the Black Friday deals. They brought up my account to see what I had. I left and later that night I received an email stating that a total stranger was added to my account. Yes I know accidents do happen but on Black Friday morning it was hey Im sorry its my fault my manager will take care of it. Cue the manager rest assured BY THE END OF THE DAY it will be taken care of. Wow sorry Im disrupting your commission. I had to call Verizon and they had to get the District Manager involved. And as of November 25 the line activation fee is still on my account. The moral to this story, you are nothing but a dollar sign at this Verizon store.

They are one of the few carriers that cover where I live, so Im kinda stuck with them. Dont get me wrong, the staff that Ive dealt with are nice, but the cost we pay for 3 lines we could be getting a 4th line with unlimited data ( just saying )
