Pricing is outrageous. ALWAYS price shop before going in there. It might just benefit you to drive to Lowes. Then when you do price comparison, they take FOREVER and make you late getting back to work from lunch because they dont want to help you. I didnt end up getting it anyways. I didnt have time to pay for it and load it. Another visit, I stood there and stared at doors, and no one asked if I needed help, after an employee (and a half. The other one was helping someone else with a door) walked by. I just took pictures and Ill look for the doors somewhere else. Door hinges... You can buy a 3 pack at Lowes for the price of a single here. JUST ALWAYS PRICE CHECK BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Go out of my way to go to this store especially when theres a Lowes closer to me. Staff is exceptional always trying to help you and their prices are better than box stores. Am remodeling a whole house and have purchased almost everything from this store. Keep up the good work.

Clearly not enough employees working there. My 89 yro father has trouble walking but I only saw one rideable cart. It was being used at the time Had to wait 10 minutes to find out info about an installation. The air conditioning unit(s)(per an employee) are from the old KMART. The place felt like a sauna.

Nice to have a place like this close by. They had a very nice grand opening and gave the first few 100 people 50.00 gift cards . Def a very cool place . The tool selection bother power and hand is a little lacking . But they have alot of materials and stuff that other places near by dont . The prices arnt too bad on most stuff, a few things were slightly over priced . But overall its a nice well needed place for around here

I always have a good visit at busy beaver the employees are always helping someone without hesitation until your next to another customer who thinks they are way too special and demand service right now and that makes for a bad visit you feel sorry for the employee who just broke their hump for you.

Love this store but they need to learn how to answer the phone, Ive been on hold for 15 mins the drum solo music on hold is interesting.

Very convenient to have a home improvement store in Calcutta but the checkout is very slow usually do to items not in the scan system causing price check delays or the cashiers being overly chatty slowing the check out process or when there is a big line, they should not ask every customer to sign up for a rewards card as this also slows down the check out process. Ive waited in line there for 15 minutes or more on occasions.
