Very nice service .super polite girl

The girls there were very nice help me pick out the right phone for me I got me an LG 6 with a stylus pen free all I did was pay the Texas original price was $230 keep in mind we get confused when we say were going to get something free keep in mind you have to pay the original sales tax from $230 is $22 in change plus your activation fee plus youre acessories I came out as a winner anyways I end up paying $92 and change with my monthly Supply service activation and and all I came up winning I saved $130 plus my taxes from that so if you really look at it I end up saving about $160 and my accessory for my phone cuz its a big phone its a 6.8 my acessory to it I even got a good discount on it too honestly gave it to me for $10 cant beat that I paid 28 plus tax for my Motorola phone cover and not only that keep in mind that they do have $10 plans $15 plans depending on the gigabytes that you want and thats if you ask so $10 is 1GB $15 is 2GB and so on so my $35 plan is 10gb I love my clan I wont have to be worrying about I dont have service Wherever I Go I have service after being with MetroPCS for many years since early 80s when they barely started I had their service but whenever I lift two different zones example San Bernardino Lake Elsinore it was so hard to get the service over those areas and with Boost I can go anywhere and I have service I really do love it so if youre like me and you dont want to deal with the $40 plan or even a $30 plan did it measure you do get less $40 is 10 GB say $5 if you go to boost and keep in mind to ask about those other services that theyre $10 $15 and so on of course it will be less gigabytes but you have free phone service you can always add😃😉

My phone is always buffering it says I use all my data my limit and I hardly use it im.disappointed

My husband and i came to this store to switch from Metro PCS to Boost Mobile. We only had the new phones we purchased for 7 days. My husbands phone was not functioning anymore. This happened while he was at work today. He went to the store after work to see if he could get a new one or transfer the service to his iphone that he owns. We do have insurance as well for the phones. The manager at this store named Anai, told him that she couldnt help him at all. I went with him to another store, and the associate there told him that all she needed to do was an insurance claim. She also said that the manager from the other store shouldve been able to transfer the service to his iphone. We went back to the store and she ended up doing an insurance claim on the phone. She said that a new phone should be arriving tomorrow. We went back to the other store and the associate there helped my husband apply his phone line to his iphone in less than 5 min. Why couldnt the manager at the other store do that? I would not recommend this store to anyone. The manager and the other associates at this store are very unprofessional and lazy. Customer service is horrible. I never knew how easy it is to work at Boost Mobile and be on my personal phone while on the clock.

Best boost mobile store around this area, service was great!! I was looking to buy an affordable phone for my kids, and the staff was really professional, unlike other boost mobile stores this one has more then one person behind the counter. I will definitely make my payments here.

I love this store people are always so nice and friendly. I came back after moving to Fontana and found out the assistant manager got relocated she was nice and always on it. Ive been to so many stores and they always trying to screw me over this one is always legit.

I loved coming to this store when a blond girl used to work here. she was the nicest and always knew what she was doing. theres a girl that has an f*** attitude short and dark.

I went in to ask about phone prices and I walked out with a g6. Naithhy was super helpful, kind and funny . i would recommended this store because of the customer service!!!!

Very helpful and explain everything to you

The people that work here are very rude and they seem not to have very good knowledge with cell phones. After the bad experience with them I return my phone and probably never going back to Boost Mobile. Is just not worth it.
