My moms phone has been messed up with the grandkids throwing it all over the place and always dropping it. It was super cracked and parts of the screen were going black. One day, the screen decided to go all black and we didn’t know what to do. I called Simple iPhone Repair and they were able to take my moms phone right away. Took about 1hr or 2 but it was honestly worth it. The screen was like new and like if nothing ever happened. Nothing was erased from the phone, everything was still how we took it. Thank you so much for fixing my moms screen. Definitely recommend !

Told me id have my phone within an hour... went to pick up my phone at their closing time (7 pm) still wasnt ready...waited more because they said 20 mins. Waited.. still not ready so logically took off. They offered to deliver around 10 pm which is not their business hours. Its been 4 days and still have not received my phone till this day. Go elsewhere if youre looking to fix your phone

Pros:- Reasonable prices for iphone screen repairs.- Knowledgeable and friendly staff.Cons:- Lower quality for aftermarket screens than their competitors- Service turnaround timeI was told my phone would be ready in 1-1 1/2 hrs. I showed up after an hour and 45 mins and my phone had not been touched. I still had to wait another 20 mins when I showed up to pick up.I do have to add that I was recommended the refurbished screen instead of the after market. I’ve had good experiences with aftermarket screens from other shops so I declined. The employee told me the aftermarket screen may be less sensitive and he was correct. The screens they stock are uncalibrated and annoying. I have constant typos and I absolutely hate this screen. But, I was given the information so that’s on me.

Friendly fast service. Has inexpensive or genuine factory parts for repair so depending on your specific budget this is a good choice to get you Galaxy or iPhone repaired. Repairs done the same day of you drop phone off by 4 P.M. Only downside is they ask for cash only which being a business owner myself I cant understand why when so many people prefer to pay with credit or debit, other then that I highly recommend going here versus the places in the center of the mall that charge the same and use only cheap replacement parts.

I had called to ask if they could do a phone screen replacement that day for my specific phone, and was told to come in. When I got there, the tech told me it would be about half an hour. After an hour, he told me he was still waiting for delivery of the screen. After yet another half hour, the person who was to have the screen arrived, without the correct screen! Then he said he could put on a used screen, and as I was already late leaving I said that was fine. After all that, the screen had problems with green lines on the display. I really needed to leave and thought I could live a little while with a those green lines, especially if he could discount the cost. I was sorry to see that he was terribly smug about telling me he could barely discount the price.In the end, it took way too long, cost too much, and worst of all, was a bad experience because I wasnt told from the beginning what exactly was happening and the tech was not very considerate or empathetic at all.

If you pay cash its cheaper and i got my iPhone fixed pretty quickly and most places quoted me for a lot more having an IPhone 6s Plus was only $80.00. I took my friend to get her phone fixed. Very friendly worker. Really quick at fixing gave good options. Took 20 min was really nice.

At first the service was great, fixed my iPhone 6s cracked screen fast. But unfortunately after their service only 24 hours has passed and immediately the replaced screen was faulty. What looks like black ink was bleeding on my newly replaced iPhone screen and immediately called regarding the issue was then told to bring it in to take a look at it. Enrique (the technician) who serviced me told me that “it was physically damaged” which I have stated to him that was impossible for I had never dropped it after the repairs let alone this black bleeding issue only occurred 24 hours of fixing my iPhone 6s. He refused to honor the 30days warranty and I stated that he is obligated to replace a faulty screen that i payed $80 for his service. He asked me to come on a certain date to speak with his “supplier” because I wanted the RMA number because I was already suspicious of being con’d and rob of $80. I would not recommend coming here at all.

Super nice dude. Replaced my cracked iPhone 7+ screen quickly for $120 with an OEM Apple screen on a Friday (had to pay $20 extra because the screen was not responsive to touch). Had to get cash from a bodega as he is cash only, although I did see him take card for a different customer. He said the last repair I had swapped out screws and I could pay $10 for new OEM screws, I declined. When I got it home, I compared it to my work phone, noticed the colors were off and the phone was overheating. Contacted him on the following Monday, prompt response, he said to come in for replacement on Thursday (I wish I just went in on Monday), came back on Thursday and the store was closed. Called him and he came within 10 min. We noticed a hairline crack in the new screen, which must have just happened while waiting for Thursday to come around, this disqualified the guarantee that comes with the purchase. He said because theres a crack, the only thing he can do is charge me $90 for a new screen, no labor charge. He did offer a used OEM for $50 from a broken phone or an aftermarket lower quality screen for $20. I declined both, he put a new screen protector on for free. I was hoping he would be able to help me out as I am the only person in 8 years, according to him, to have a screen break without any physical harm. I wanted to write a good review for him because he was a really nice guy but when I told him that, he got defensive and said that I was threatening him with a bad review.... in conclusion, hes got a great rate on aftermarket screens, I should have just gone for one of those. 1 Star for being a nice guy, 2nd for the free screen protector.
