Finally got tired of poor service and chaneged to Straight Talk @ Walmart.

So my five stars is not for the whole store.. But for one person.. OMAR!!! My husband and I are about 2 years into the iPhone experience and he has been with us every step of the way. He is polite, very knowledgeable, and patient because we asked a lot of questions with our upgrade. we Really appreciate him.

This place is awesome. I should have switched a long time ago. Paid $300/month before and now i only pay $100/month for my whole family of 5!! BEST DEAL EVER! Period.

I had to purchase s new phone and the process was enjoyable from start to finish. Ive been a long-term customer and appreciate the service I receive anytime I stop at this location for assistance.

Brought in two fully paid off phones (GS7 Edge and GS5). The associate brought out his APN settings book and claimed he couldnt get a signal on either one of them. Told me the GS7 Edge was SIM locked (its not). Then tried to do the same thing with my GS5 and claimed the same thing. I ordered my own SIM kit from Walmart and programmed my S7 Edge myself to work on their network. Obviously they need more training there.

Not happy with the fact that when my service started with Cricket my service was awesome. I had to call and file claim due to battery issues dropped calls loss of service and noises when on phone or watching videos. Was told I would have new phone in 1-2 days called back because no phone showed up. The store where I purchased my phone on March 3rd 2017 put the store address instead of mine and I corrected this issue twice or at least I was told it was now updated and still no phone. The representative at your store in East Moline, IL was and is of no assistance due to the fact that the store is never opened on time and if they leave the store there had been a note on door that says Be back in 15 minutes and wait 20 or 30 minutes and still a no show.

Store opens at 11 and its 10 minutes after. And theres no employees in the store!!

Easy to find the store was well maintained but it was understaffed

Every time once a month I come to the cricket store to buy my phone service the customer sales rep is never present and the store is locked supposedly someone is on break for 15 min and Ive been standing waiting for up to a half hour or more waiting for someone to come back!

Worst customer service, good deals as far as plans, phone, and service/coverage but the customer service...SUCKS
