Excellent service, wonderful people, and fair pricing.I had a dent in my car that needed to be repaired before a lease turn in. I took it to several other auto body shops, all of which made a big deal out of how the entire panel would have to be taken apart, repainted, put back together. A big deal with a very big price tag. I stopped by Graziano and Ron took a look and told me he would do his best to pull it out without any major work. He could have tried to oversell it and turn it into a big job, but he gave me an honest opinion and a very fair price to get the dent corrected. These guys value their customers and would rather do the right job than make an extra dollar. Ill definitely be back next time I have the need.

I had come across Grazianos Auto Collision through a recommendation from a friend whose family had been going to them for years after I experienced a fender bender on my brand new car. The entire staff was super knowledgeable and professional from the point of dropping my car off and picking up after it was done. They fixed it up and made it look brand new! The most important part about this place is the customer service and family like feeling which honestly sets them apart from other places. Theyre destined for success because they do such a great job and I would recommend everyone to ONLY go to them!

Great service through and through here from the first phone call to handing them the rental keys in exchange for my keys. Amazing auto body work as the car looks brand new and friendly, experienced and highly knowledgeable staff in every part of the process (10/10)

Ive had the misfortune of needing Graziano Collisions services several times. I mean no disrespect, but no one likes to be in an accident. They made the whole process very easy and much less stressful than it would otherwise have been. They took care of everything, from rental cars to dealing with the insurance companies. I cant give enough praise to the Graziano family and their employees.

I called them to pick up my car plates, and they happily answered my all questions. They opened sharp 8am on Saturday so i dont have to wait long, They even offered me to help to take down the plates.John is very down to earth gentleman. They are very helpful and they know their job. Best in town.

Youd be doing an incredible disservice to yourself if you take your car elsewhere. After experiences with many of the premier bodyshops on Long Island, I can confidently say that Graziano is the best. This is the best body shop ! Trust worthy and does a perfect job. After being in a accident and have to take multiple claims out on my truck I was nervous who to trust with making sure my bmw was in perfect condition to turn my lease back in. Ron and he’s guys did a perfect job my truck looked as good and new and made the loaner situation a breeze. I will only use this body shop from now on. Seriously the Best on Long Island !
