Worst pharmacy ever. Not only are they extremely rude but they didnt call me to tell my my infants medicine wasnt covered and therefore never filled it Ally was so rude when I was trying to get information. No compassion that they messed up for not calling me to tell me. One pharmacist finally said sorry. People need to be treated better, my infant deserved better too.

It takes 2-3 days to get the prescription ready. Nobody EVER answers the phone. Drive-thru doesnt work for weeks. Time to switch to a better pharmacy.

Provider sent RX 2 weeks ago and it was lost?Had to resubmit. I noticedmany of the Pharmacy staff has been replaced. I have been going there for over 25 years. Change is good but not at the expense fo the customer.

Probably the worst pharmacy around, your stuff is never ready the same day. The drive through today was broken so everyone was inside. The line for the pharmacy was wrapped around the store and I waited 30 mins before leaving, in that time I never moved forward but 20 more people were behind me. Guess ill try again tomorrow.

Rude pharmacy staff! They make someone who is sick feel less then human. They talk down to their customers and lack professionalism. I changed my pharmacy to avoid the dread of dealing with these robot like employees.

Susan the cashier has 0 customer service skills. No wonder this cvs is one of the worst rated in the area. Stay away. Start hiring people with common sense.

I come here for the pharmacy even though the pharmacist are rude. With the exception of several of them I’m surprised people still go there for their prescriptions. I guess it is the level of convenience, as that is why I still go there. As for the rest of the store I can’t judge so I’m giving a 3 star, otherwise I’d do a 1. I lost my i.d in a car accident, & have 3rd degree burns & they wouldn’t make an exception for the identification, even though I’ve been filling my prescriptions there since I was a kid & most the pharmacist know me so I find it absurd they couldn’t help me out. I had to hobble out the store & have my cab driver use his I.d. This is a crazy rule, I even had a picture of my old i.d & another Cvs used it without issue. That’s all I have to say for now but hopefully policy could be bent to accommodate the customer once in a while.

We went for Covid testing through the drive thru and it went fast.

Store has been very helpful during lockdown. Hours were clearly posted online and on the store building. I called in advance to check their hours. The cashiers have offered me assistance every time I am in there. I have seen very rude customers and they always handle it professionally. I am thankful that they are still open during quarantine and I am able to get my essential items.

Great store, great staff. The auto-refill stuff is a bit too much, even though other pharmacies do the same. I think Town Drugs is a better Pharmacy but the CVS here has a wide selection of exactly the reason you would want to be there.

Started closing the pharmacy at 6pm due to lockdown without notifying the public. Imagine my surprise when I couldnt get my much needed medication because they just werent there. No regard for their customers needs in this dangerous time. Go elsewhere, you dont want this to be the only pharmacy in town!

Asked them if they did a t dap vaccine. They said they do but it requires a prescription from my doctor. Lied right to my face. They were just busy and didn’t want to do it. They could have said they do them but if I could come back that would be better. Went to the cvs off commack road and they did it no problem. Don’t understand why they needed to lie just because they were busy. Poor excuse.

Workers seem not happy rushed,off balanced,not relaxed distant at times when needed..
