Walmart has always had fair prices and competitive products and the product I have received from them Ive never had to return any because of failure or a bad product

I blew a tire and had my tires replaced within 30 minutes

Friendly employees but its always a wait to get anyones attention

I got a flat tire and took it into this Walmart Auto Care Center. They were very professional and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend getting the tire insurance because it cut the cost of the repair.

The service was absolutely pathetic. They were short staffed and there was no communication to customers. I was there almost 3 hours for an oil change. If you are busy and there is going to be a longer than expected time to complete the work, tell the customer.

It was horrible, and still did not get an oil change after spending 1/2hour to 45 min.shopping,so Iwent to Big Rays oil change to all of 15min or less very nice fellows... I wont go anywhere else now... Thanks Big Rays on Western

Has to replace batteries in the Chevy 2006. Staff was very helpful on the phone and again once I arrived to purchase the batteries. Even helped me carry batteries to my car to install at home. Thanks guys.

We bought tires from Walmart, and paid to have them balanced. Not even a month later and our tires need to be balanced again, so we went to good year in East Peoria for them to look at it, and it comes back that our tires weren’t even balanced, and they put old weights on our tires!!!! I am absolutely livid!!!!!

Dont chose this place if you have any other plans for the day. Almost 3 hours! But at least my car is up to date on oil change and tire rotation

I went to get my oil change and got there before the shop opened. Once open i had to wait a little over an hour because they are short staffed and could not write up orders and work them at the same time. But the staff was friendly and worked quickly to get my car in and out. Besides the wait i had no problem.

Great service and very professional...not like the Washington auto center, which is very Unprofessional and untrained workers.

Don’t come here they are completely incompetent. They told me they couldn’t press a tire due to “3 people ahead of me” an hour and 15 minutes before closing. It literally takes like 20 minutes to press a tire. Oh, and as I was walking out of the auto shop there was one car being worked on and 3 mechanics standing around doing nothing. Mind you this was after we called and said we would be coming in. Poorly managed and just about everything else you would expect from East Peoria Walmart.

I will not go there again to have a tire fixed. I went early in the morning and they were working on one person and I was only one there. They wrote up my ticket & pulled car in. When car pulled out I went up to pay and the man at the counter said they did not fix my tire because he put wrong model car on the ticket. Since then 7 more people came in. They take car by car as the ticket is written so I would have to wait for those 7 people before they did my car???? What ridiculous eventually after complaining (which I hate to do) the manager came and said they could move me up but they had to finish the 2 other cars they pulled in first. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
