I like my delivery guy ! After many videos on tap water I switched. They dont have the chlorine taste and thats a plus . My whole family drinks it and so does my dog Walter. I even use to cook and havent had any reasons to complain!

This is one of those small companies that truly lack the professionalism and level of customer care that you would find standard in your larger companies. Their customer service and communication skills are non existent, and their problem solving skills are awful! Ive never encountered a business that will refuse service to a major company due to their feelings being hurt after being questioned about why they did not deliver on time. I would look to a larger corporation like Hinkley for your water needs, especially if reliability is a factor.
