Absolutely by far the East Peoria Hinckley Springs location employs the lowest caliber of people you will ever meet. Paul the delivery driver is extremely rude and incompetent. He never brings your correct order and always blames someone else. He never wears a mask, and spreads his germs at every stop. His ROUTE MANAGER Rob, who pretends to be location manager, with hopes that you will never get in touch with the real boss, has the mentality and maturity level of a teenager. He states that if you dont like Paul then no water for you and cancels your order twice a week. Would never recommend this Hinckley location to anyone!!

I have been a customer for 20 some odd years and have never looked back. The water tastes amazing and the delivery drivers are great. Always pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Great delivery person! Polite, helpful, and always has a smile! Love the convenience of home delivery and the instant hot and cold water. Probably the most used item in the house.

Our water service is simply the best! We are older (65) and our driver is always happy to carry the water bottles in to the kitchen for us. He even gave us a bottom feeding machine so we wont have to lift the bottles! I can change the water now.

I gave HINCKLEY SPRINGS WATER a 5 due to the fact they are the best water to be delivered to your door. I hope in the future they can design a better method for capping the water! Your the best HINCKLEY!!

I get the spring water and it taste wonderful and refreshing! Dependable company and have never had any issues with delivery!! Highly recommend them if you are looking for delivered water!

Never had issues with them. When I had my baby they switched out my cooler for one that was safer for her when she started walking. Deliveries always on time. Customer service and drivers have always been easy to talk to and answer questions. Ive been a customer for about 8 years.

Water and delivery man are both great! Any problems with equipment or order are promptly addressed.

O have been receiving water from Hinckley for the last 10 years and have never had any issues with anything. The water guys are complete gentleman’s as well when they bring my jugs of water by putting them inside my garage for me with put me ever having to ask if they can. Also get a reminder call the day before my service date letting me know the next day is exchange day and to set my empty jugs of water outside for then to be picked up and the new ones dropped off. The water tastes great as well. There isn’t any other water that I like other than hinkley’s and they are cheep as well :)

We love our delivery guy. Hes always pleasant with a ready smile. I love the dispenser with the hot water option.

The water is good. the coolers seem to break often and it is a nightmare to get a new one with the absolute horrid customer service someone will need to be there between 8am to 5pm for them to swap out the coolers and we asked if they are going to call us so we know when they are coming so we could be home No but i can leave your number and a note . welp no call and no show at 5pm come to find out they rescheduled it for another day five days away without even telling us. Asked to talk to someone higher up and were told they would be calling use the next day. Well no call this customer service is a dumpster fire and the reason not to use this company.

Very poor customer service.I cancelled the service after trying it for less than 1 month and was told I would receive a refund of my bottle deposit in the mail, yet they continued to bill me after picking up the equipment. The phone rep said she couldnt do anything and would have to have the route manager contact me. Instead of him calling me back (Which I explicitly requested) he had the phone rep email me that they wouldnt reverse the charges. Worse yet, they havent refunded the bottle deposit to the account. Further requests have gone without response.
