Bought screen splinning in bulk that is not available in your big box stores. Also learned some installation ideas from a seasoned employee. The Store Bird is also a talking point while at the store.

Went there for a simple item.and a key but was treated with the most exquisite customer service.

I went here to get help with paint. This was my first time here. After going to Lowes and receiving no help and I wouldnt even try Walmart, thats a joke I pondered where to go. I walked in and was greeted and helped immediately. All the employees were friendly and provided great customer service. Thank you so much!

The guy that somehow always helps me when I go to Ace Hardware at Sutherland (sorry, his name escapes me) is SO hard to deal with! He never lets me finish my sentence, throws some ridiculously expensive tool at me for a job that requires a far cheaper tool and isnt even the job I am doing because again, he didnt let me finish telling him, and to top it off, he just guesses at the price when he rings me up. I end up spending twice as much if not more at Ace Hardward than anywhere else. So frustrating. So dissatisfying. Dont go here!

This is my go to place for any strange hard to find items. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Stopping and saying hi to Sam the African Grey bird is a must. She just might dance for you.

ACE hardware in East Peoria is the best. so avoid the big box stores where you walk 4 miles and never get any help if Mike the owner doesnt have it he can look it up and tell you where you can get it love the place.

Every employee there knows exactly where everything in the store is. Some things are more expensive than a box store, but you trade the personal touch and supporting a local store owner for that.
