My shopping experience at this CVS has always been pretty blah. Always something distracting going on with the cashier or machine not working, but ultimately I get my stuff and get out. My most recent visit was at the pharmacy and it was terrible. In my experience if insurance doesn’t cover something it’s common for the pharmacy to call the patient before filling the order or let you know at pickup. Neither happened. It’s literally your job to ensure people get medication and you drop the ball??? Not to mention the tech checking me out had zero customer service. I also asked the pharmacist about possible interactions and he was basically like “uh…” not sure. They act like you’re bothering them and don’t care about the customers. Not even doing the bare minimum over here.
They do okay in person, but don’t ever bother calling. They don’t answer the phone, so you have to drive there to ask questions about your prescriptions. I’ve called a dozen times and got through once, that’s when I was on a long drive and just let it ring for about 35 minutes
I came in there fresh off the plane out the Uber coming from Cali. I get there to put money on my card and it’s this foul vaginal smelling lady there fixing one of the machines. Made me wait in line for about 12 minutes before she decided to ask me if I needed help or to be rung up. I had about 7 people behind me all waiting. Not to mention the amount t of bastardky fiends standing and hovering on the outside of the establishment
The W O R S T CVS store in Georgia. I guess because its in the hood the reps dont think that customer service is of the utmost importance and their the only pharmacy store in the area. They dont have a wide range of selections of merchandise which is inconvenient and this being a healthy wellness retail store the reps should be more cheerful and inviting to the ppl that walk in.I said excuse me, and the two up front straight ignored me. They didnt have what I was looking for and I explained to the manager how ppl like that need to be replaced. If the reps had answered my question and been more willing to explain what was in stock, valuable time wouldnt have been wasted trying to get the manager.Understand less qualified ppl are getting hired because no one else is applying, poor customer service and poor training. CVS has the W O R S T customer service.Everybody S T O P shopping here ! We as consumers deserve better treatment. Were tired of that just for a paycheck behavior
One of the best CVS stores around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can direct you to anything you cant find so you can get in and out quickly. They have both full service checkout and self serve which makes it really convenient.
After waiting a ridiculously long time in the drive thru, I went inside to try and get my covid test after being rudely told I could only do drive thru. She didn’t have to be rude about it. Why is this location accepting appointments and taking both covid tests and pharmacy needs in the same drive thru window. Terrible process, rude pharmacy technician. I will not be back to this location especially when other CVS get you in and out within 15 minutes of your appointment time versus this one where it takes 30+ min to wait in line when you have an appointment.
O STARS FOR KIA!!!! At least thats what her badge says but her receipt says Katrice. This is my favorite pharmacy hands down people like Ava and Arvice are always so cordial. I have been coming here for over 10 years with NEVER an issue. This morning I encountered a tyrant named Kia at the pharmacy counter. She was rude and disrespectful. I pray she finds another line of employment because she taints this establishment and clearly this is not the profession for her. Rating CVS a 5 because of years of loyal service and Kia a ZERO in customer service. I was so disappointed Im following this up with corporate. Darling a bit of advice you never know who youre speaking too. As an Author, Ill pick up my pen in a minute. Shame on you, if you have a bad day...STAY HOME!!!!
I Walked in the store at appx.9:17pm on 04/21/21 without a mask because i did not have one on me.the night shift manager(Black woman) asked me to leave because i didnt have one on.Meanwhile:In the counter a Black woman without a mask and sipping on juice then walks around the store without it and the manager is right in front of her conversating with her.I believe that it was Discrimination.
Charged me $20 for antibiotics! walgreens, kroger, walmart, publix isnt doing that. Im a local but wont ever be back to this pharmacy.
This pharmacy is AWFUL! Go ANYWHERE else.
The Pharmacy in this location is HORRIBLE! avoid it at all costs. The staff in the pharmacy is rude and act like you are bothering them when you have a question about a prescription. I have gone up there numerous times to be told that they dont have my medication in stock after I have received a text confirming that my medication is ready for pickup.
Im a regular customer and most employees are very nice.
It’s shears quite busy here. They are way understaffed, the machines break down all the time. I feel bad for the people who work here. Corporate needs to do better. Pay these people more and hire more people!
The pharmacy staff was friendly and efficient and the cashier at checkout was awesome. My only complaint is that the store wasnt well stocked.
They NEVER answer the phone.....
Clean Nice Environment Always In And Out
Do not go here for a covid9 test. They say it is by appointment only and To arrive 30mins early but What they fail to mention to you on the telephone are on the web nor cvs app that you must be in a vehicle.I arrived 30mins like i was instructed to do id and insurance in hand. Ask an associate were do i go for the covic19 test she say to the pharmacy, Okay i go to the pharmacy just to be instructed to go to their drive thru window, Me are you sure yes go to the drive thru window, Okay i didnt see a tent nor sign. anywhere stating. Only drive thru so i waited going on 1hr with only 2 cars in front of me. One got so tried of waiting she pulled off, So now i am the second one in line okay one was seen and Now its my turn. I stand there just to be told by an associate that it is drive through only. I said did you not see me come in an ask were are you testing site. Yes so why did you not fail to mention drive thru only. Man this was the worst one hour spent waiting for nothing. I have taken 3 and Just wanted to be sure this time since my results have always been negative. Just thought i should warn you all before you be mislead!!!
Across from EastPoint MARTA Station.
Horrible service avoids this cvs at all costs
Horrible service. Every time I come here, the system is down, or my prescription is still not ready after they have called and said it was! It’s never a smooth experience. Recently I had a tooth pulled, filled the prescription here, was told it’ll take twenty minutes, I come back to pick up and the system is down! People are in pain and yet, there system is always messed up! What’s the use of ha omg a pharmacy that can’t provide your meds in a timely, professional manner? This location is trash and they definitely need to do better. MUCH better.
This place is horrible. I went to pick up an inhaler and EpiPen and was told that my prescription was rejected. I was then told that my insurance wouldnt cover it. I almost went off and when I asked what insurance company was on file; they wouldnt even tell me. I called my insurance company and was told that my inhaler and EpiPen was covered and that I had to pay a co-pay. When I mentioned it; they acted like they didnt want to be bothered. I had to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy and didnt have that problem. This place needs to be cleaned out because the people that work there act like they dont want to do their job.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service here is awful. I called to ask a simple question to get a better understanding of something and the employee had a nasty attitude that was uncalled for.
The worst experience ever. I called three hours ahead to confirm that my prescription was sent over by my doctor and the pharmacy tech confirmed it. They took my insurance information and informed me it would be ready at noon. I arrive at 12:10 to be told they do not have my prescription. I had to go from waiting in one line to another. Then get told they don’t have my insurance... total BS because after I told the rep that I gave it over the phone she said that oh it was the incorrect ID number. Then when I asked what was the ID number she said they will send me a new card. The rep was very dismissive and did not really care at all! Worst experience ever. Defiantly worth the longer drive to Walgreens.
Always a great experience, Germaine is so helpful!!
The manager is very unprofessional and that is why her staff act as such. She does not care if you call corporate and does not mind if you stay in line for a long period of time . I feel that she needs to be retrained. The Caucasian pharmacist is way more competent and way more professional it is sad to say but it is the truth. She does not know how to take charge you can tell by the way the staff dress with no name tags on their uniforms. The pharmacy looks like a tornado ran through it and they never cleaned up.
The employees are helpful and kind, but it takes a long time at the pharmacy every time. The drive through is no faster. I use this place consistently, but have been considering finding a new pharmacy.
They NEVER answer phones. When you bring it up while in the store they all roll their eyes. They have NASTY attitudes and NEVER have your Rx ready when they say they will. I tried to have my Rx transferred to WALMART Pharmacy and even WALMART couldnt get them on the phone to do the transfer. They ALLLLLLLLL need to be fired. EVERY SINGLE PERSON. Techs and Pharmacist.
Every time I go to this CVS they never had meds in stock! And then they don’t want to order them so I have to go elsewhere to get it. I would understand if it was a small pharmacy but it’s CVS!! How can you not stock something that is commonly used? Or order it for you customers??I hate this place so usually I drive out of my way 20 minutes to go somewhere that is helpful!
I have been on hold on the phone for over an hour and no one has answered the phone!!! That’s why I always go to Walgreens smh I am going to report to corporate office that no one answer the phone for over an hour!
The manager hung up on me while i was asking if they were still hiring for the positions advertised one month ago on the website. He mumbled something and BAM. That was it. I understand the bad reviews now. Trashh !!
I cannot understand why the lines are always so long. Like I understand being short-staffed sometimes but no one wants to wait in line that is close to the pharmacy all the time!
Love this CVS great employees There’s one or two employees who are kind of rude if you come here on Saturday and Sunday mornings everybody super nice
The prescriptions was filled and waiting for pickup when we got there.
Called pharmacy twice and was on hold +20 minutes both times.
The pharmacy at this store is awful. They have repeatedly lost my prescriptions and never answer the phone. They just took 4 days, 2 calls from my doctor, and 5 calls from me (including a combined 20 minutes on hold and I finally had to call the main store number and ask someone to walk over to the pharmacy and make someone pick the phone up) to get a prescription filled, which has now put me in serious danger of having a miscarriage. They have no regard for customers and their incompetence is putting lives in danger.
Worst place ever first off they are so slow and the pharmacy is the worse they don’t never answer the phone the women who work over there stay tired with an attitude I been coming here for three years and nothing has changed time for me to find another cvs!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s sad
I have had several problems with their incompetent pharmacy. The first time, I had a coupon for a significant discount for a medication. They claim it did not go through. I called the number and no approval had been requested. FIRST LIEThen I had been taking Metoprolol for over a year 90 day supply for $33.00. Last week I was told the price went up to $66.00. I asked why. I was told, maybe the insurance stopped paying. I transferred the prescription to Publix and it was $33.00. SECOND LIE.Where do they find these people?
I went to the CVS pharmacy for stuff I was a regular customer at this location the white lady looked in her 50 but the tall black guy look in his 40 s low hair with some gray was rude to me and he did not say excuse me. I asked the lady to use the bathroom n sometimes its nasty. Not only he did not excuse me he let out his frustration upon because I started talking. Now I cannot find a closer store to do my shopping.
I give the CVS located at 2907 Main St, East Point, GA 30344 THREE STARS Its a CVS just like all the other locations I have been to.... understaffed and employees look upset when working. 3️⃣ 🌟s turn that frown upside down.
Always friendly and speaks as soon as you enter the store.
Racial profiling is real people!😡 In CVS this morning a white woman is telling the black clerk that there is a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot, the clerk calls the police to report it.I am waiting in line to purchase two items, unbeknownst to me they are talking about my boyfriend who is sitting in the parking lot in a non suspicious vehicle, waiting for me. I say what the heck that is my boyfriend he is waiting for me he isnt suspicious, we are God fearing, tax paying citizens. To make a long story short DO NOT SHOP at the CVS on Main Street in East Point! #blacksprofileblackstoo #itwastooearly #thewhitewomanwastheminority #mymanisnocriminal #thisishowblackmenendupdead #pissedoff #fixitJesus
The CVS smells like feet and there were 8 pharmacists there while I waited for 5 minutes with no one in front of me to be told I had to go to another line to apply my discount card so I called walmart and had it transferred there and my prescription will only be $4 with no insurance or discount card needed. It would have been $45 before the discount at CVS and maybe $30 with the discount. Just a heads up, if you want to try a different pharmacy for yours
They claim that my medicine was not there after I called repeatly on different days but once my doctors office called they assured them that it was there the whole time. And the employees have a very rude attitude everytime I called each one seemed to be worst than the next.
I have been on hold for more than forty minutes total to ask the pharmacy a question about a prescription. No idea what is going on.
Weve always been treated very well here, and the staff have always been great.
Busy but FRIENDLY store. Well managed.
This place has the WORST customer service EVER. This is in a new store but they operate with the same old nasty attitude. The staff is not very helpful, I never am greeted or offered any help, they stalk you all over the store, and dont give ginuine customer service. And when I told the manager how unwelcome and unappreciated I felt, she just was nonchalant and dismissive about it.
While the staff are often friendly theres almost always a line that lasts up to an hour or more.
This place is very horrible the wait time is so bad i was waiting for 1 hour 30mins for medicine for me and my daughter
They make you wait too long in line.
Filled my medication before closing, thank you.
The people are rude.
