Great customer service at this place! The woman working there is helpful when you are trying to find something and she always says make more beautiful when you leave.

Basic selection of hair clips and pins. They did carry henna.

She always greets you when you arrive and says Make more beautiful! when you leave. Plus, she always offers you a free item when you leave. She has a great inventory and you can ask questions of her because shes knowledgeable of hair. Not sure if she went to cosmotology school but shes informative and can recommend products to you.

My favorite beauty and barber supply store. Great customer service and excellent customer assistance. Peaceful and great welcoming environment. Makes you feel happy you spent money there and makes you want to come back. Affordable prices good prices for quality and name brand products and goods. I always shop there. This is a Beauty Supply store in the heart of East Points hood. I love it though. I can count on the owner/cashier to be customer friendly and helpful. Her sales associates are very, very, very down to earth people, always helpful. The store is crowded with merchandise and may not have the latest brands but the prices are great and it doesnt close until 9 PM!!!! This is great for my hair emergencies and last minute salon appts.

Exceptional down to earth customer service! Associates actually try to provide aid. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of one is because of the display of the products needs some work. Nevertheless, I greatly appreciate and enjoyed the excellent customer service and consideration.

The lady was rude when I inquired about returning hair I did not open. She claimed they only did exchanges but theres nothing on the receipt that states that. The shop was a mess and I had to look through boxes to to find the braiding hair I wanted. Wont be back.

First experience was decent, I got what I needed but was held up by owner trying to upsell other products. The last time I visited this location owner was extremely rude and yelled at my husband when he smelled a bottle of shampoo. She claimed he was ruining her products and Im just like we came here to purchase items we are going to wear, why wouldnt we want to know what it smells like? Needless to say we put everything back and will not be returning.

Briana Scott, we dont want not only germs from the air but also customers germ infested or dirty fingers being stuffed or touching the inside of our products. You wouldnt want to use pomade, jam, jel, etc. on your hair if it has been exposed to germs because many customers kept exposing the inside of the products to the air. Additionally, we want our products to be clean and fresh on the inside and the outside!Kalimah Williams, most of our customers find our prices affordable. The product company comes to replace the old with the new products, so we have old and new products in stock usually.Jayla Blackwell-We are trying our best to clear the aisles by moving the boxes to another location. Of course, we dont want our store to look like a warehouse when you all come to visit or shop at our family owned business!We try our best to satisfy our customers!

My girlfriend went into this store looking for a specific hair gel. The Asian woman cashier with a face mask checked her out and stated that she had some medicine for her edges. She was out of place and rude not knowing her edges was dyed and laid. Never come back to this store ever. Not enough space to walk through safety hazard prone.

Not sure how this shows a 4star rating? Store is over stocked possible fire hazard?, And on more than one occasion purchased ( unknowingly) out dated hair care products.

She has everything in the store and if its not she will order it for you.
