Very busy location and the customer service was top notch. Surprisingly, the prices were much cheaper the the local hardware store. The store is fully staffed to help the volume of customers +++ Lastly, the guy that is running the store is very knowledgeable.

Customer service is excellent. Color selection of choice is coastal cool. Many other spectacular colors to choose from. The exterior colors are vibrant: Really Teal SW6489 exterior house; Rivulet SW6760 door; Offbeat Green SW6706 trim; Spicy Hue SW6342 porch; and Saguaro SW6419 inside trim. Ample parking space in front of store and plenty of knowledgeable personnel. If you have questions or cant find what you are looking for online, call them. Its good to hear someone respond to questions. Ive called several times for answers. Go team Sherwin-Williams!

Came here looking for a specific paint, the employee told me they were out of stock and didn’t even bother to see if another store had it. i asked him to look it up, and he told me that the howell mill location had it in stock. i drove to the other side of town to only find out that howell mill was also out of stock. what a waste of mytime.

Sherwin-Williams on Washington Road in East Point,, GA provides excellent service. The Sales Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. The store was very clean and well organized.The thing that I liked the most was how the staff taught each other about the task at hand.

The store manager at THIS PLACE is a waste!!! She is EXTREMELY rude, unhelpful, and acted as if I was irritating HER at 7AM in the morning!!! I called to re-order a few extra cans of paint for my mothers home. The paint came from my citys store (Griffin, GA), and was told at purchase if I needed to order more just give them the item name and number on the receipt. Well this morning this manager answering the phone in East Point first said she couldnt assist me if I didnt buy the paint from her store. After pleading with her to please pull it up by the item #s. She tells me that she cant find it in her system. After insisting that Sherwin-Williams does sell this paint since I purchased 10 gallons just two days ago, she finally pulls it up and then says it cant be made in exterior!!! Of course it can!! So I call the Griffin Store (extremely helpful) and they said they would fax her the item description from my receipt and to call East Point back in a few min. When I call back, she tells me her fax machine doesnt work. I call the Griffin store back again and they say they will email it (Andrew in Griffin is the best). I call East Point back and now she wont take payment over the phone! She says I have to wait until the painter arrives, he calls her to tell him hes outside, then he calls me... so I can call her back to make the payment OVER THE PHONE!!! Even though this is ALL RIDICULOUS, I proceed to tell her to go ahead and make the paint but this entire fiasco is ridiculous, I will be complaining about it. She begins to talk over me with an attitude and I hang up at this point. I will get my paint at a DIFFERENT Sherwin-Williams. No need to shop here. There are other online complaints of this same store manager regarding her rude behavior and disregard for good customer service. I dont understand why this company would keep these kind around! There are plenty of good people that need jobs today!

I asked both employees (A male & Female) For help they both ignored me and was pretty much having a conversation with each other versus helping me the customer. Moreover, I asked to purchase a sample color and was told there machine not working at the moment. Then I heard them talking about most people don’t want to pay for samples. I told them I’m not most people. I have my own contractor business. Please get rid of these two people or this place will lose a lot of business.

I’ve been to this location two times this week and received excellent service both times! Very knowledgeable staff - both associates were able to answer all my questions and guide me on all the tools I would need to complete the job.

This place is awesome. I went in they didnt have what I was looking for but the staff member still gave me a color booklet to take with me for free to choose my colors. Super friendly and professional.

This place was great! Ariell was absolutely fantastic!She was very helpful, took about 25 minutes to help us, and recommended several different products!

Terrible attention the lady who is on the morning shift is very despotic. THEY NEVER GIVE YOU ALTERNATIVES

I struggle to give less than three stars as the gentlemen that work the front were very polite, helpful and professional. I was shocked to discover the young lady that assisted me was the store manager. She came across bothered at my frustration in showing up at that time she advised me to and the order was not ready or even started. Her response was well I am waiting for your sales rep to call me back to tell me what paint to use. I would have been absolutely ok if she informed me that there would be a delay due to her waiting on a call back from the sales rep. Her general disregard was underwhelming.

I always enjoy going to the Sherwin-Williams on Washington Ave. in East Point. The staff is friendly, they know the community, and they know paint. Theyre super helpful and do whatever they can to answer my questions.

My wife and I have purchased paint here several times and every time has been a great experience. The staff here is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Last visit I picked up a large order and they even loaded into my SUV.
