The pharmacy really needs to hire more people or have a person dedicated to phone service. I called 4 times and was on hold for 20 minutes each time. Never got through.
Employee was very helpful with my passport photo
My boyfriends mother needed her prescriptions and they were ready and waiting. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and curteous. They are willing to help you if you ask. The staff is very nice and helpful
Some here said it already, but I think it worth mentioning again, they need to to do something about the mood of the people who works here. They seems like they just hate their work, and it affect the shoppers. I am not blaming, just putting it here.
Second visit to this location. Employees could definitely be alot nicer. They just look miserable and unhappy. You can be the most cheerful customer. When you shop at this cvs you will walk out feeling like your happiness just got sucked out of you. Very uncomfortable to feel this way. Not once but twice!
Decent CVS to shop at. Not the biggest, but not the smallest. Offers a good selection of groceries and has a pharmacy inside, too.
I hope this place goes down under. Earbuds that can’t even last a week and some old grouch forcing me to buy something if I enter.
Always do their best to make sure you have everything you need
Ive never been a fan of any cvs pharmacy location. I recently moved right down the street from this cvs so i went against my better judgement and decided to use them for my pharmacy. I definitely regret going against my better judgement. I have only lived at my new address for 2 months and have filled about 5 prescriptions there. Most times it takes a while at the counter to pick up. To drop off is the worst all the information they have to enter they make you stand there until they input all there stuff. This time i went to pick up. The woman cpuld not find the filled prescriptions anywhere. The computer clearly said the prescriptions were ready and not picked up yet but they cpuld not find them. I waited a little over 20 minutes for them to search and than finally they decided to fill them again. So i waited another 15 minutes for them to be filled.
Today my daughter left EPHS after her tutoring session and went into Anaphylactic shock. She called me in a panic from the parking lot, and I advised her to go to CVS and see the pharmacist. They took such good care of her. Over and beyond in my opinion. The pharmacist administered her epi pen and called 911 for an ambulance to take her to he hospital. I can’t thank them enough for looking out for my baby.
Very unprofessional. No one seems like they want to be there. A recording while being on hold tells you that they will help with finding coupons but apparently this pharmacist was too busy to do so. Will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible.
