Be careful with this store. The associate Frank likes to add items to your order without telling you. Several times he’s added the warranty to my purchases without asking, as well as donations. Luckily I’ve caught him the first few times. But, my most recent visit I didn’t. Always check the credit/debit machines when he rings you up!

Good Ol Funcoland, what ever happened to it...but anyways, I luv this store, going here with my dad all the time when I was little, and still, we go today. And yes, for a Gamer girl, IM STILL TRYING TO FIND SONIC MANIA!! But yeah, always been awesome here, not really much to say sooo thats all.GAMING IS MY LIFEE🎮👍

Horrible experience. My husband and I pay for the membership every year. We have two boys who are now 12 and 14 years old so Christmas gifts have come predominantly from GameStop for years now.I went into the store today with my husband and 12 year old (both wearing masks, not vaccinated), but was not wearing a mask as I have been vaccinated. I picked up two games I wanted to purchase; 1 for PS4 and one for Nintendo switch. The associate working in the store; who had currently been speaking with the only guest in store said Hey maam! I have extra masks if you need one! As per PA state regulations, vaccinated persons are no longer required to wear a mask.I informed him that I was vaccinated the state had changed the mandate and he asked to see my vaccination card. Which was in my car but a complete violation of HIPAA, btw. So he told me Gamestop had its own mandates in place.I did have a mask in my bag, put in on, put the games I was going to buy down, and left with my husband and son, really confused as to why I was called out and treated like a criminal.East stroudsburg gamestop needs to educate and train their associates better. I was buying video games with my husband and son and got treated like I was a problem. That associates behavior was completely out of line; he was rude tried to embarrass me in front of the one customer in the store and make me feel like I was wrong. For shopping vaccinated with my husband and son.HORRIBLE.I normally have super great experiences there, this one particular associate working on May 17th, 2021 around 5-6pm was clearly not trained properly or informed as to what the state and store policies are. He made a choice to inject his own opinion and is a poor representative for the company, as he told me GameStop had their own policies. Rude, demeaning, and just plain mean.

I came here this week to buy Christmas gifts for my 11-year-old son. The staff was very helpful and friendly because Im not very familiar with gaming systems. I plan to come back here in the future!

Im losing a lot of respect for GameStop,, myself at about 50 other people waited outside overnight when they could have posted on the sign that they only had two of each console..... On top of that they have no stock of anything else...The thinking was that if we dont post how many consoles we have the people that waited outside and wasted their time overnight will come inside and spend money anyway on something else.. ummmmm no.. we just left out of annoyance very disrespectful of GameStop.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about any questions you may have. The items are organized in the shelves. The place is very clean and neat. There are no worries about parking because the store is in a plaza where parking spots are available. The game collectibles in this store are so nice.

Awesome. They have a very very knowledgeable crew working there. They are always very nice to me and my soon when we go. They have good deals on merchandise and I always wanna go back.

I like to take my kids to this particular location because of the staff. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and available. They are able to converse with my kids about gaming in a positive manner, talking with them, not down to them. There might be locations that are more convenient, but this is the one we prefer.

I go to all the gamestops in my area and this one is pretty similar to the others. Same games, same deals, same employees even. They are kind and easy to talk too.

What can I say, its GameStop! We got a new system and bunch of games! The cashier was friendly and had a great sense of humor!

Excellent customer service, and a wide selection of games, figures, and collectibles. The workers tend to be very knowledgeable about the latest games and are happy to recommend games to the customers that suit what theyre looking for. However, the used games are marked up quite a bit from what one could find on online stores.

Theyre very helpful and have alot to choose from, also its located across from Walmart.

What a great place for kids both young and old who are addicted to video games. They also sell pre-owned games and equipment at reasonable prices. They are particularly kind, patient and helpful to grandparents seeking guidance for their grand-kids They did not make me feel stupid or out of touch, even though the latter is decidedly true.

I went in to purchase nba 2k19 legend edition (im a die hard lebron fan so i was very specific about having the edition with him on the cover) Frank rang the price up for $99 . I was ready to pay until he reminded me it was the digital copy. I only wanted the hard copy so he told me i’d have to wait until tuesday BUT i can put $5 down on my preorder; i pay the $5 . 2 days later game stop calls me about my pre order of the REGULAR EDITION (not with lebron james) i run down to gamestop to pay extra & reserve the game, SOLD OUT !
