Alise was very professional and helpful during my phone upgrade. Worked above and beyond to take care of all customers including myself. Very deserving of recognition.

Alise was the store associate to help me and she’s amazing. When I first walked in there were quite a few costumers but she was extremely efficient and helpful. She was the only employee and handled it like a professional. Would definitely come back to this store. Not to mention she was highly educated in her field and answered every question like a pro.

After spending many years dealing with the same Verizon store owner, I was left with having to look for another Verizon dealer after he transitioned to representing another provider. I, with my son needed two new phones and presented to this store to purchase. Both David and Michaela were extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and more than capable in answering all of the questions that we had regarding the new phones that were available. They listened and recommended the appropriate phones for our individual needs.I was particularly concerned about the transfer of certain voicemails and Michaela made the suggestion of emailing them to myself as a back up which I did. We were extremely satisfied with the individual attention and genuine interest that was displayed and have absolutely no hesitation in returning and recommending this store and particularly Michaela and David to others which we already have.

The employee Matt was very respectful and humble the entire time I was there.He helped me with any question that I had and answer them in a very informative way. My experience today was very pleasant thanks to Matt and I hope that my next time going into version it’s another pleasant experience just like today’s

I had a different carrier that I didnt like the service and I was frustrated. I went into Verizon today and Matt helped me out alot. I didnt think I could use my number but he got me all set up. Go in and see Matt.

I visited this Verizon Retailer to shop for a new phone. Unfortunately due to the current pandemic situation, there is only 1 customer permitted at a time inside the store. There was only one customer service person working the day I shopped, so perhaps if 2 employees were working they would allow a second customer in. I strongly suggest you call ahead of time to get clarification on appointments. I was in there longer than originally expected, but the young man took his time to answer my questions and provide guidance on my selection. He even went outside to assist customers while waiting their turn to come inside. I used to use this particular Verizon Authorized Retailer all the time, years ago, but switched to the Stroud Mall. My understanding is that booth is no longer there. I would give this store 5 stars but having to wait in line outside has me rating it at 4.

Tthis is the best Verizon store I have visited in years. Educated and knowledgeable manager with the patients to understand your situation and suggest the best solutions. Would suggest this srore to all.Thank you Matt

Michaela is extremely helpful and always goes above and beyond! Great customer service and always goes out of her way to make sure my needs are met!

My 70 year old mother fell outside the store trying to get her phone looked at. A stranger and myself helped her up and got her to the door. She was met by a very rude young man whom though he was some kind of police officer. Kept yelling at us to stop and wouldnt even let her put her hand on the door frame to be able to mask herself. We explained the situation and he still wouldnt let her support herself. He then proceeded to ask her what she wanted after being masked and was told the first thing she needs is to at least sit down. At that point a female with red hair started yelling out the door. That she needs a mask as we told her she has one what she needed was a seat and assistance.

Amy was wonderful. She took the time to sit down with me and teach me how to use my new phone. She kept it simple and we were in and out of the store! Great experience overall!

Walked into Verizon to pay my bill and walked out with a new tablet and discounts on my bill without asking for it. Justin is awesome he really went out of his way to save me money and made paying the bill exciting. Thank you man I really appreciate it! Ive never paid a bill more happily than today.

Wanted to let you know that I had a wonderful experience at the Verizon store today. Justin and Matt did an outstanding job helping with understanding my data plan and updating it to a better plan since I have grandkids that like to play games. I just stopped in to the Verizon store in East Stroudsburg and spoke with a Daniel. I currently had an iPhone 5 that was not working correctly and Daniel went above and beyond to show me how I can get a new phone without raising my bill by just changing my plan. he took his time answered all my questions and showed me how to use my new phone which was a Google pixel. I am very pleased with the service that I received.

I went to their store just for a simple smart phone. The man sold me a three year old model pixel 1 for over eight hundred dollars when on the Verizon web there was a sign that they do not even sell that model anymore and besides there were new in box exactlly the samte one for one hundred and fifty and one eighty.

John Nola helped my wife and I as I upgraded my phone. Gave us exceptional customer service. Was really patient and explained all information to us. He did a great job.

John at Verizon in Eaststroudsburg was amazing to work with! He went over my bill thoroughly, helped me set up my devices and didn’t take hours to get the process done! John went above and beyond for me not to mention helped me like no other Verizon store has helped me in the past! He’s a true professional and takes pride in what he does!

Amazing they helped me and my mom so much I switched from a android to and IPhone 8 so my mom was expecting it to be around 400$ to get a new phone because that’s how much was left to be paid off but my mom walked away only paying 127$ I was shocked my brother got the X R and my dad got the google pixel so that would normally be around 600$ maybe 700$ but John gave my mom a deal with the pixel and I got a free case and screen protector because I traded in my new phone we are happy with our service and our new phones.😁

Lucy was so awesome today! She was courteous and explained everything in full. She did it all by herself, being the only employee in the store. She did our upgrades and screen protectors for us.

Wonderful experience. I went into the store with a problem with my tablet and was helped by a very nice young lady and the store manager. Every other store I had been to didnt care about my problem and pushed me out the door when they realized that I wasnt purchasing anything. But the manager and young lady at the store teamed up to help me and fixed my probelm. Amazing customer service.

Absolutely horrible, John is rude to trainees and to me as a customer, charged me an activation fee, I asked for the 39.99 activation fee back because phone was never activated, still isnt, he started screaming at me you should have waited for me! Wait for him ? He was talking about his life in NY for an hour to some people looking for a phone also, the trainee that was virtually begging for help on what to do got yelled at about how busy he was, he was so rude I didnt even want the phone anymore and stated I wanted to return it, he yelled well then you need to pay $50 for a reshelving fee, phone never left the store! I had another phone that was stolen and I asked that store what to do, they shut down my old number and said dont worry you can come back here and just turn it back on, now Im being told I have to get a new number, the $50 I paid for my monthly plan, gone! $39.99 activation fee gone! New phone still isnt activated! And if I wanna get rid of the new one because this guy John thinks he can yell at me as a customer, Im supposed to pay $50 bucks for that!?

The manager John was awesome he did so much help for me and got me upgrades that I even got my companies to come in and get upgrades I would totally recommend this Location to anyone

Awful service. I went in to get off my family plan. They said to call Verizon and go through the process, typically Verizon does this for me, but no worries, Im a big boy. I walk out, obtain the authorization and walk in 10 minutes later, they refuse to service me until the next day because theres only 30 minutes until close. Plenty of time. 2 people sitting in there, both doing nothing...

Did not want to help and was told not my problem. SPRINT in the future

John, you said I couldnt have my old number back, you refused to activate my phone unless I erased my Google review even though I paid 39.99 for activation, Verizon in stroudsburg activated the phone with the old number in 5 minutes, also when I was in the store and asked for a manager because you were so rude you pointed at someone else, then when I call up and ask for a manager, they put you on the phone which shows me your a liar !
