I am very upset with the service I received at this Rite Aid. I want to lead off by saying I have been visiting this Rite Aid for years and have not had a problem. However, I went to pick up my prescription today and there was a young man working in the pharmacy who was helping me. After being told to step aside and make way for other customers that arrived AFTER me, I was finally rung up and then there was an issue with my payment method. I understand that some payment methods are not accepted, and thats fine, but simply stating that my payment method was not accepted at this store would have been the correct response. Instead, he told me very rudely to get someone else to help me and Well, believe it. I looked at him and for the first time, lost my patience and said, Seriously? Then he laughed in my face. I have never felt so disrespected for no reason at all. He was very rude and childish. Issues happen, that comes with working in business. However, you dont have to act like an jerk to do your job.
Went here for Covid-19 booster. A nice quick pop in and out for various items. Still a staple in the area, however, looking a little desolate these days. 😢

The pharmacist at this specific pharmacy cannot multitask. It takes over an hour to be seen every time if going through drive thru.
Every time I go to get my meds it’s some problems today I come to pick up my meds and is not ready even if I call yesterday and was told will be done by. 11 am It’s 2:45 pm and they don’t have ready yet not even start. My meds are for blood pressure so I must find better pharmacy Not recommended
Pharmacy staff are very, very slow and not organized. Waited multiple times for longer than 30mins for my weekly job required covid test.
Go elsewhere for a covid vaccine. Lost appointments. Unprofessional. Rude
Pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful. The store manager is awesome.
The drive-thru is insanely slow. I am currently (7/6 @ 3pm )writing this review as i wait. I have been here for 25 mins parked waiting for the car in front of me to finish. I eventually left when the car in front waiting turned OFF their car. Crazy! I have no idea why they are so slow but management needs to get involved. I need to pick up my medication and have 3 young kids in the car hence why i need to use the drive-thru! Changing my pharmacy!
Employees except Christian, and Raquael lack a work ethic. They push you to the side because they dont seem to want to help.The one name not sure if I spelled correctly, Im sorry if it is wrong.
I decided to go to rite aid to pick up some medicine only because of the convenience of it being so close to my house. The online hours say they open up at 8am. I was there at 8:17 and they still had the gates down. Well off to CVS I go.
There drive-through is terrible there has not been a time that I’ve gone there I didn’t have to wait at least 10 minutes with only one or two cars ahead of me the only reason I continue to go there is because of the COVID-19 they have a drive-through otherwise I would switch back to Weis Pharmacey
Went there on Sunday 8/26/18 went for my flu shot pharmacist was great but when purchasing something I was told to get my service dog out of the store when I said no she said I had to carry my dog!!are you kidding me I showed her tag and I can show her card this manager still told me to get that dog out! I have been going there for 3years with my SERVICE DOG and never a problem but I dont go on weekends I had store employees help me from helping me shop to helping me to my car but this manager was horrible Ive spent alot of money in that store over the years but no more so goodbye Rite Aid Im going to cbs
The north courtland location is not the prietiest rite aid around. However their service and pharmacist more then make up for it.
I come to this pharmacy for my clients scripts. They are extremely SLOW even at drive thru.push the button 2 let them know im here, they dont even turn around 2 acknowledge me, then when they finally get around 2 me they dont apologize! Scripts r NEVER ready when they say they will be & they always 4get 2 bill secondary insurance. I will be switching clients pharmacy ASAP

We were looking for an electronic device for our video camera and they had it and took us right to the aisle where it was located.
830pm called to see if open. Said yes. I ran to get in 2 min later and it was closed!!!!
They close @ 9pm, NOT @ 10
