Off the wall items that are only for the ones who want to express them selves in a different way brought me a wallet and I love it

This is my daughters favorite place to shop the sales people are super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your happy with your purchases.

Its hot topic, quite standard in terms of products and vibe, but the staff is extremely helpful and very nice.

Helpful staff when making requests or needing assistance, good people skill and always welcoming to all clients and customers whether its a family of six or a lone shopper. Stuff for every age group!

More like a Funko Pop store now. Other Merch is constantly changing, which isnt bad, but not necessarily great. Very narrow aisles, but its always been this way. I only go in to buy nose piercing jewelry, which is pretty decent quality. Earrings are not good. Be advised the store is closed an hour before the actual mall shuts down.

Friendly staff member at this store. Carries a good selection of novelty items such as anime, band, harry potter, horror movie etc shirts. Has sales often for a better value.

I love these stores almost as much as our kids between the 4 of us we definitely STIMULATED their economy excellent sales and super helpful staff thank so much we WILL BE BACK SOON

Very rude employee! Waited for over 10 minutes as she messed with her register and whatever else she was doing as the was a line to pay for out stuff we wanted.finally put our stuff down and left !

Love Hot Topic. This one is smaller compared to some others I have visited, but everyone here is always very friendly and willing to help. They also tend to have some older products that other bigger Hot Topics run out of or dont carry any more.

The customer service here was GREAT!!My teenage daughter wanted a Super specific pair of shoes. The staff here found them, and happily helped her try on 3 different pairs and sizes! My daughter(and i) left the store SMILING and with the Shoes!!

Great spot for anything pop culture and anime. If you like funko pops then its s great store for that. Prices are very reasonable as well.

This place really gets nerds and geeky folks. Their fandom related stuff is always fun. Its a great place to just stroll through and point at stuff and see if your friends can catch your references. The music is good too. They tend to have pretty decent and obscure tastes so you can often discover a band youve never heard of, but that you need to hear. Especially fun around Halloween.

Awesome place to buy cool items I went in yesterday around 8:30 the girl there rocks at her job very chill and relaxed and was a pleasant experience I bought some pusheens for a good deal and give 15 dollars off with a 30 dollar purchase amazing I love it and will definitely keep coming back!
