Great service! Very packed today. Went in and bought an Infinity Boss Three Mens Hybrid Bike. Got it together, but already have to take it to a bike shop. Makes an annoying chirping sound when I push it, or coast. I know it isnt Costcos fault, but having to take it in before I officially ride it wasnt my intention. Overall though, nice bike for the price

I never get out of there without spending a fortune. But I got some gift buying done, vitamins, cleaning supplies, pressure washer, ect. I love it! The only thing is if you see it you better get it before they run out! Love Costco!

All Costcos are consistent. They have good prices form high end quality items. I can never walk out of there without spending at least $100. There is a reason why their roasted chicken and food items are in the back. As you walk through you become tempted with all the quality items they have. Overall, Costco is a good company with great employees and fantastic customer service.

Come here weekly. Staff here is friendly and willing to help out.

Well theyve got mostly what you need, great for bulk diapers and peanut butter filled pretzels. But why is there always a pallet of lite spam, but not bacon spam? Who is the person that buys all that lite spam and eats it willingly? They could be parking a pallet of baby food there instead and probably get more sales, just saying.

Costco. Mostly positive. The focus is on better than average quality and consistent behavior (?). The members all wear decent clothes. The staff is very helpful and considerate. The aisles are nice and wide. The concrete slabs are very well done by Engineers Northwest.

Excellent staff. I just wish they had a sign at the main road. And you get trapped in the parking lot for some reason. Theres no Rhyme or Reason to it. There are no arrows tell you which way to go and even from the main entrance you cant see the gas pumps. Confusing and or lack of parking lot signage.

My sister and I learned so much about Costco. It was good to learn from Manny with membership/customer service. He had such good customer service and was so helpful. We enjoyed being customers for the first time and shopping there. Im gonna have to return and get a membership with Manny also. Another review in the future for sure.

From where we live, this is the closest and most convenient Costco. We really do love shopping here...maybe too much. They normally have what we want to stock up on at very reasonable prices. I like the atmosphere at this one. It seems more folksy, small town like. And they must do something right with the workers. Over the years I have seen very little employee turnover.

We love Costco, we don’t always have a need for it… but when we do we rarely have buyers remorse

Wonder if employees are parking close to entrance? Even first hour seems parking is becoming difficult.

Wenatchee Costco is not my favorite Costco. Its parking lot is small and cramped and the store is just set up weird.

We almost always give Costco high marks. However, our Wenatchee Costco finally brought in some Penn Cove mussels and we eagerly bought them yesterday. The quality of our bag was amazing!! Very few discards. Id give out 6 stars if that was an option. We prepared a coconut green curry broth to cook the mussels and we had ourselves an incredible dinner!! These mussels are a minor inventory item for Costco but a major draw for us. Thank you Costco and Penn Cove Mussels!!

I went to Costco this morning, as usual they checked my My club card so I got my groceries and right as I preceded to checkout I get pulled to the side and told that from 9-10am attended seniors only but that she would ask if we could be helpd sooner and walked away instantly not giving us time to give or make a proper response or comment. As we waited an employee started to look over and we even notice her making shaming comments! It was only 10min till 10:00am we were unaware of the Senior schedule and came to find out in a humiliating way. We decided to no longer wait at this point and proceeded to self checkout to leave our cart with an employee but thankfully we came across a gentlemen Fernando! He was super kind and understanding and helped us out immediately. Regardless I would hate for another person to have to experience this. I feel like I should have been notified at the entrance about the senior only rather than finding out the way we did.

Great selection, great prices. The 2% cash back option caught me off guard but is a blessing. Courteous staff, overall enjoyable experience

Who doesnt love Costco.? Yes you need a membership to shop here, but I think its worth it. Food, clothing, books, floral, vision center, meats, vegetables, fruits,bakery/ breads, cleaning supply, home supply, pet food, vitamins, supplements, appliances and more. The only thing bad I could say about Costco is that somethings you may not always find an item that you have found in the past, it might be for a temporary time that they carry it and then they just stop. Customer service is always great when we go and they are always willing to help when it is needed. Five stars all the way !

I really do like this Costco. I went there when I was little with my family and they are still polite. They have what you need and also have a self check. The food court has a self serve so you can skip the line.

All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Items were stocked and such a large variety.

First place for best view from a parking lot. Staff are awesome, everything is efficient and fast.

Costco had everything we needed but was super crowded and the famous hotdog vender stopped giving sourcrout and relish now they are just plain hotdogs super disappointing and you cant pay cash anymore which is inconvenient

Called and spoke to Jeff in Tire Sales to ask if they had the battery I needed for my truck. They did, so I pulled the old one and drove over to pick it up. Battery I got was an Interstate with a 42 month replacement warranty, which I feel is a great warranty. No pro-rating. Battery was $115, which struck me as very economical for a honkin truck-size unit. With any battery purchase, time will tell, but this is off to a good start.

Costco although it is usually busy all the time is probably one of the nicest place to shop in town their prices are relatively cheap and the quality of their products are top-end and theyre return policy by far beats anybody else in town I have been a member there for many many years and will remain one until the day Im put in the ground.

Wenatchee you have a amazing costco! The meat manager Joseph is absolutely amazing and will bend over backwards to make sure you find the right item youre looking for!

Great Costco, clean store, lots of parking, friendly employees, and new self check out lanes to speed things up.

It was good. Its smaller than it looks outside.. Im not a fan of the clothes tables. Its hard to get around in the crowds. Like basically I went for coffee and forgot the coffee.

We went for shopping and also some very great priced items and had 3 carts by the time we were done, we are in late 60s, so we each had a runner and shopping helper, we are a blended family with lots of grands and a few great grands. So we decided because of the stay at home issue to get different types of gifts this year and the prices are great, I am a bargain and or best bang for your buck shopper, I think we are mostly done and we will wrap through this weekend and send the presents out next week. In our area the brown trucks do the least damage and the best time frame. Anyway, they even pack it to and pack your vehicle and can deal with my OCD about perishable and breakable items and where I want them put in the warm car. Everyone in the store working to keep you safe and following all the sanitation rules for this pandemic and they are firm about their rules and personally I appreciate that and they all handle themselves with the upmost professional courtesy while reminding you of the policies regarding masks and spacing. I think Costco in East Wenatchee is the best in the world of Costco Corp.

I dont think I have ever been to a Costco that I didnt like, but the employees at this one were exceptionally nice. We had hoped to get a cheesecake while we were there but couldnt find any, we asked a worker as she walked by and she stopped to personally check everywhere to see if they had any cheesecake. Unfortunately they didnt, but we really appreciated her kindness in stopping everything else she was doing to help us.

Not sure people get the 6 ft rule. In side they make sure youre mask is over your nose and on. But outside waiting to go in there was no 6 ft going on. Everyone all bunched up. I hope that we got in and out without the wrong contact.

Costco is always nice to visit. I went around 11am this morning and it was busy but not overly busy. I ended up taking advantage of the sale they have going on the Galaxy S10 through Verizon and upgraded my phone. Hailey was the girl that helped me and she was awesome. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Made the entire experience that much better. I usually upgrade my phones online, so it was nice to have this experience be so effortless and pleasant. As for the rest of the store, everything was great. I havent been in since the changed the diary aisle into a walk-in type like the produce is in. I thought it was a nice way to do that. It always amazes me how quickly you can checkout when they are busy too. That makes the trip nice as well.
