I paid $300 to get my iphone 11 pro screen fixed 2 months ago from this store. One week later the screen starts doing the same thing it did before and glitching on the screen and eventually turns completely black permanently. The parts they replaced my screen with are such horrible and fragile quality. I went back and asked them to fix it again or give me a refund and they said that if I want it fixed I would have to pay $300 again and the best they could give me is $20 off... the manager then told me that the district manager would contact me but it’s been one month and no one has ever contacted me yet. My phone screen is completely black now and has not been in use for a month (the same problem I had before). I tried calling but was on hold for 45 minutes with no response. DO NOT!!! go to this company they are overpriced with horrible results and horrible customer service. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with a company before

I had a battery issue with my phone. They replaced the battery under warranty and I had my phone back in a couple of hours. It was fast and easy.

Run away this company on 3 different occasions has messed up our products on the last visit when I brought my ipad back the man at the register said I was lying that he did my ipad and he did not mess it up where you can clearly see where it was messed up he told me they would honor and fix it but I was not allowed to go back to their store restore this company has no idea what they are doing this company has no idea how to fix anything they take your money try their best and hope for the best I would not recommend this company to anybody and I am going to the Better Business Bureau and also suing them

I had a really good experience with a phone screen replacement. They were very quick, once the part arrived it was a couple of hours to fix. They have a set schedule of prices to correct many phone hardware issues. They call to let you know when the phone is ready to pickup and will let you know in advance an estimate of the time. They provided a 90 day service warranty.

First time at this place, highly recommend. From the time I picked up the phone to make an appt to actually going and picking up my phone, very nice guys there, professional, polite & fixed my phone the same day after only a couple of hours

I had the misfortune of dropping/ breaking my Android phone screen. After going to several businesses,I could not find a reliable, proficientone until uBreakiFix. Jorelius was professional, knowledgeable, efficient;, and very kind!!! I would not hesitate to return there once again for such SUPERB service?!!

I would give less than 1 if I could. First I called to see if they had any batteries for my model cellphone and they said yes - I asked the hours and headed over. When I got there they wouldnt sell me the battery and couldnt fix the phone as they had no glue to seal it together. I was willing to spend the cost they were charging for the service for just a battery but they wouldnt budge. they had the battery but wouldnt sell it. I have never ever heard of such a thing. I wasted my time and travel expense to get there and for what ? Nothing. You wont be in business long conducting business like this. Avoid.

They never called and told me any info in 2 months about the device I dropped off than decided to tell me it was broken when they were trying to put it back together. But I told them not to put it together it was taken apart for them to review and see if they could fix. Sounds like someone broke it.

Pretty big communication gap.- Called the store and made an appointment- Got an email confirmation for a different store- Called the store again and confirmed I was going to the right one, and got confirmation- Showed up at the store and they had no idea about the appointment- Lady said there was a miscommunication- I showed her that I had called this location, and she said it mustve went to a call center- She checked me in and I said and spelled my last name...she spelled it wrong- Told her that my name was misspelled incorrectly on the contract and respelled it for her. She spelled it wrong again- Quoted me a price that was over $100 more than what I was told over the phone. Lady said thereust have been a miscommunication- After I paid, she said she will correct the name in the system and on the contract/receipt- When I returned...the name was misspelled againDefinitely a lot of miscommunication, but not from me.Phone screen was repaired, but the experience was difficult.

I cannot speak to the quality of repairs at this location. My rating is based upon customer service. I suggest that this location’s representative speak with AT&T/Asurion. They are telling repair claim filers that no appointment is needed and walk-ins are “always welcome”. Having found that not to be the case at this location, we have taken our emergency repair elsewhere.

So unprofessional, they have had my sons xbox 1 for over 2 months, after having it that long they tell me when i go there its not fixed!! But first they told me they would call me when they diagnosed the problem in 3 to 5 days, 3 weeks later i had to call them they said its the hard drive 198$ repair, ok fix it. 1month latter i call them back because i have not heard anything, no its not the hard drive its the mother board ok. 2 months and so.e days well we didnt fix it????? Why couldnt you fix it no answer and when i dropped it off i told them the osshe that it needed updating and asked them if they had the experiance or. Yes we can fix any thing but yet they didnt. And when i asked to speak to a manager he said hes not around what kind of business has a poor system with no communication to you costumers.

Brought my iphone 7 into the store with a cracked screen. They fixed the screen but broke the home button, sent another technician to fix the home button and THEY broke the entire phone. Waited 3 hours to get a broken phone with a CRACKED screen and BROKEN home button handed back to me. Will never use their services again. Its bad business and the staff is unreliable.

Called gave all info of what I needed, drove 50mins. to find that appt. time ment nothing and the guy behind counter just wanted to change cover charge $247.00 for a phone under warranty, then wonderful man said thats all we can do, he didnt know who gave info, but they were not able to do anything for me. Samsung is now fixing said phone for free. Samsung recommended this place so I will tell them also.

I had dropped my ps4 and brought it in they said it would take a week to be looked at and I waited then they called me and said that the ps4 had a broken hard drive and that it was corrupted and that it would cost 200$ to fix then I got mad and took a look I had fixed it in less then1minute and it was a good I have never had such horrible service like this in my life it’s a fraud!

I you have a broken phone wouldnt you like to know what it cost to repair instead of justaking an appointment and being told when you get there its 139.99 plus taxes for a screen repair Im a plumber and every one asks how much its going too cost to repair their plumbing and once I get there they add new stuff and except to pay the price I quoted them on the phone these people ask whats broken so you cant ask for more things to be repaired

After being told by a major phone company it would cost $200-300, maybe more, to fix my phone and it would be best to purchase a new phone, I went to uBreakiFix. In 1 hour my phone was fixed for $111.00! Looks brand new, works as it should. No hassle. Very polite and professional personnel. Spread the word!!!

I’m going to leave my original post below as a reference to my follow up edit. Ubreakifix completely, 100% made things right on their end, and exhausted every option to make sure I was satisfied before I left! Some things are bound to happen, but I couldn’t appreciate what they did to resolve my issues given the circumstances! The Easton store is A+ at customer service and problem solving! If you have an issue with your repair like I did, DO NOT hesitate to reach out to them! They will make sure it’s right!They get a 3 star rating from me, only because of the fast and friendly service they offer. In a pinch, that was insurmountable. Other than that, if you feel you have the time to wait, and If you have an Apple iPhone/Apple product OR you happen to have AT&T, and carry the Asurion insurance (which might I add, they don’t even ask you that specific question) through AT&T? You should definitely, A.) Take it to an Apple store OR take it to Best Buy/Geek Squad (whom are certified apple repair/use certified apple parts) to have it repaired. OR, B.) Wait the extra time for an insurance claim to go through your provider. It costs about $20-30 more using each of those options, BUT it beats having technicians use improper techniques used to open a newer, sealed iPhone. They popped the seal cold, having left noticeable gouge marks from their obviously metal tool, right by your charge port and speakers from the excessive prying. It also beats having a burnt pixel and the bottom of your LCD flicker (conveniently next to the aforementioned excessive prying point). BOTH of which didn’t exist before the repair, And I’m SURE I’m going to have to live with these things as they won’t be covered under the 90 day warranty, and I’m not going to pay extra parts that were visibly undamaged before the repair took place. I was going to hopefully be a repeat customer, but now I think I know a little better.

The employees were extremely helpful in repairing my phone and returning it to me in such a timely manner. I was in a serious pinch and needed my phone to be fully functioning work the next morning. I was having some issues with my phone provider and getting my claim from the insurance company. Damien saw to it to do whatever he could to make it happen. He was great to work with and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Scam stay away. Took these guys my Xbox that was acting up and all they did was try and sell me some insurance policy. They said they took I apart and tried and new HD but it was still broken. So I took it back (at least they didn’t charge me). So I sell it on eBay as broken for $100. They guy who bought it messaged me to say it just needed a new HD and works perfectly now. Thanks to these jerks I bought a new Xbox for no reason.

Ive came here for two different phones so far, and both times I was very happy with the level of professionalism, and helpfulness of the employees. As someone who knows a bit about tech, its nice going somewhere where people talk to me like a normal human being and not like Im 5! Definitely will be coming back here

I brought my sons iPhone 6s to be fixed as the screen was completely shattered. They were knowledgeable and courteous. They were completed with the repair within 30minutes which I was expecting about an hour. When I go get my sons phone I noticed the screen was scratched; they quickly remedied and gave me a new screen. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service provided. Would recommend to anyone with a broken screen.

Omg horrible experience, I was told to bring my phone in to have it flashed because I could not get my watch hooked up to my Verizon service on my phone. A REALLY LONG STORY. I made an appointment through Samsung. I arrived (using my Google maps on my phone) on time. The guy tried a few things and took my phone in the back. Congress back out and hands me my phone and says.... I cannot get it past this screen..... SERIOUSLY I WALKED OUT WITH MY PHONE IN WORSE CONDITION. His response was to go get a new phone. Are you kidding me? I had to call Verizon and have them send me a new phone which I didnt get until TUESDAY and I was traveling. On Monday I got an email grin them stating were sorry you missed your appointment.... guy didnt even mention I was there!!!!

Thats about a third of the price one place quoted after telling me they would have to ship it out. Thanks guys I really appreciate it.

The Price and quality is 100% worth it. Fixed my PS4 less than an hour and a half and was satisfied when I used it. I definitely recommend this place and the guys there are cool also, great customer service and all props to you guys.

They cannot really fixed anything my first experience with thenm took my phone w a crack screen and some how they made worst to the point my phone never turn on after they look at it and my second experience was my xbox one x was there for week and a half just for them to call me to tell me they could not do anything so the question is what can they really fixed??? Both of the individuals behind the counter went well beyond the definition of over and above. Not only was my problem solved but both provided additional information that was extremely helpful. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION FOR ANY/ ALL YOUR NEEDS.

These guys were friendly -re-assuring, prompt and very helpful. They were also very compliant with social distancing recommendations. It felt clean and safe .

During this time of COVID, I was having a very difficult time trying to find a place that would fix a damaged cell phone screen. Not even my provider, Verizon, would open the door for me at one of their locations!!I did an online search and found uBreakiFix listed as a phone repair store. Even though a bit of a distance from me, I called anyway when I seen that it was listed as Open.The one who answered my phone call said I needed to make an appointment, drop off, and they would handle it.I found an slot open the next day and locked it in.Its in the Mall located about 3/10 of a mile West of 33 on Freemansburg Ave. The repair store is directly across from Shop Rite in the Mall parking lot (building 104).When entering uBreakiFix, there is only enough space for one person. Theres a table with wipes, spray and towels (to sanitize the phone), and a pen you can keep after you use it!!! (Very pro-active in keeping customers safe from COVID !!!).Dropped off the phone, went across the lot and did some shopping. I was told it would take about 3 hours; however, in about 2 hours, I received a text that the phone was ready!).Check out was very painless: In and out. (Cost was $130 and some change, which included a 90 day warranty on the labor and parts. If the screen is re-damaged, that is not covered. Fair enough; I get it. The company covers THEIR labor to make sure you get what you paid for).uBreakiFix was a great resource for me during a time when getting little things done is not allowed !!!

I cracked my Google Pixel 3 screen yesterday at a gas station so I filed a claim through my phones insurance (Asurion) through Verizon. This was the ONLY place I could take my phone for repair. Everything still worked perfectly on my phone, even after I dropped it I specifically checked everything before filing my claim. I spent FOUR HOURS waiting in my car for them to replace just my front screen. They told me that they had busted the back glass while taking it apart and replaced it also. After 4 hours they finally got the screen on and told me that its defective and I could either wait another FOUR HOURS for them to replace it again or file another claim so I opted to file another claim instead of waiting for 8 hours. They needed to test the phone and when they came back they said my cameras no longer worked and deliberately blamed it on me dropping it yesterday (mind you, I have photos that I took on my phone LAST NIGHT). I plug my phone into my car to leave and it wouldnt charge! Finally got it charging and called my insurance company just to find out that my bottom speaker is also not working! They ended up breaking more on my phone and fixed absolutely nothing!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR SCREEN REPAIRS!!! Thank God my insurance is replacing my phone, I will NEVER come back here! Ridiculous!!!

Very helpful staff. I found them knowledgeable too. They are well versed with the recent gadgets. Apple as well as other smart phones, including Samsung one plus etc are well taken care of. They are very busy though. Smaller problems are taken care of in a day or two, if your device needs parts to be ordered that could take time. However, they try to make it as quick as possible.

Went there to take my Samsung S20 Plus to see why it shuts off on its own, and they said it is a software issue and hopefully with a next software update it will fix itself 🤷‍♀️. They were pleasant and were sorry they could not fix my issue.

Kate and staff were excellent! I walked in with a computer that needed fixing. She said she would look at it and see what she could do. Not even 10 minutes later I received a call that it was fixed! I was amazed. She did such a great job in such a short time and I am very satisfied with my experience! I would recommend this business based on my experience tonight.

Rep cleaned the charging port and then gave me a charger and told me to charge the phone. I asked if they could check the battery. They said yes but that I should charge it more first. I spent the next hour sitting there charging the phone. I asked Damian if he could test the battery as it charged better but problem is it discharges fairly quickly and the tech at my phone carrier checked my phone and said I needed a battery. He said he used to fix the phones and from what he checked I needed a battery. He set up with appointment at your store. I went when I was supposed to and was treated poorly. I asked Damian how long to test the battery after charging it for an hour he said it would take an hour or so. I asked if I could come back later he said yes and said anytime before 8. I went back a few minutes before 7 as he said it would take an hour and I did not want anyone to have to stay late. I got there and the new rep stated they were closing and apologized over the issue but would need to come back tomorrow. I asked if I could use my same ticket/repair number I gave earlier. He asked what it was. I have heard m the info only to find out that Damian or someone closed it out as my name was not on the open tickets anymore. I was told I had to drive another 30 minutes to the phone companies store and get a new repair ticket. This was the worst customer service experience I have had.

Jake T. was wonderful! We showed up right before closing and he fixed my son’s horribly broken iPhone in minutes! Literally, minutes!! So incredibly professional, respectful, and experienced!!! Please go to them if you’re having phone problems. I promise you won’t regret it. They’re on Freemansburg next to Shop Right.

I dont know how anyone at this store came across as rude. I went for a screen repair on a brand new S10+ and Kate was there to help. I could tell she knew her stuff and was happy to help, kinda hard to come by that anymore. She had my phone looking brand new in no time! Overall, it was one of the most pleasant visits at any store Ive been to and Kates great attitude and professionalism were unmatched. I would highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone!

Samsung directed me here to get my phone fixed. They said it could be fixed same day. I drove over an hour to get there. When I got there they said the part was out of stock and it would take 2-3 days to get. We are now 9 days later and still nothing. I call and the guy that answers has no idea why its taking so long. I get the supervisor and he tells me its back ordered and he has no idea and has no way of finding out when its coming in. He was also very rude and told me if I didnt like it pick up my phone and go somewhere else. If I ever get my phone fixed Ill never go here again or recommend it to anyone. Terrible customer service! Samsung should look into another sub contactor who can handle the business in a timely manner.

In this pandemic era, I can understand that certain types of employees are overworked, and dont see any additional compensation for their efforts. That being said, if you tell me on the phone that I need to get there before 5, because the operation takes about 2 hours, and you close at 7, and I then arrive at 4:55 on the dot, and you then make me wait 5 minutes while you are on the phone with another customer... you shouldnt speak to me using phrases such as like I tried to tell you over the phone, especially not repeatedly. It suggests that I didnt understand what you were saying.However, my having to waste gas and time by coming back the next day is indicative of a problem with the higher-ups, not the individual working, who deserves extra compensation for the increased demands of his job. He did what was expected, (after a minor snafu) and now my phone works.Pay these guys more, they deserve it - you need them and so do we.

It was a great experience so professional and in this crazy time convenient. I made an appt the day before dropped my phone at the designated time the screen was fixed within 45 mins. It was much cheaper than the Apple Store. Even purchase a cover for the phone.
