I purchased a new phone today and received a very warm and friendly welcome and expert advice on which phone to purchase. Very happy with my experience with Carl at the Madison Village Verizon. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and addressed all my (many) questions and concerns. He was also so patient with my almost 2 year old son who was all over the store lol. Highly recommend this Verizon and particularly Carl as a sales rep!

Went to Verizon to get an estimate on a new plan from my old carrier and was told to wait. This was a Sunday and only one salesperson who was helping a family switch their plan. I left the store after 30 minutes. All in all I spent an hour on my day off, without my young daughter, driving, sitting, and then driving home, all for nothing. Please have more people working, especially on the weekend when people are off and can take care of their shopping. I was very mad. I will try to make an appointment next time.

Russell was a great help getting me back on Verizon after a two month experiment-gone-wrong with another carrier. He was very knowledgeable, professional, super-helpful and friendly. He explained all my options and made a recommendation based on my usage and history. The whole process was smoother and faster than I expected. When does that happen?! It was a pleasure working with Russell. I also got some helpful advice from Jatin on an unrelated issue. A great team and a great Verizon store to work with. I highly recommend it.

Worst Verizon we’ve ever encountered. The supposed manager Cash is an actual scam artist, he lied to my mother to get a sale. Told my mom with the loyalty promotion program that she would get a FREE apple watch with her phone upgrade and she was so excited. Come to find out after she leaves and sees her bill for the next month that he completely lied to her. Turns out it was actually $150 off the device, not free, even though he kept stressing it was completely free. Also charged her activation fees for both devices and didn’t even tell her, which i understand is new, but is super unprofessional to not inform the customer??? Overall super horrible. Please don’t go to this Verizon and especially not to Cash, because he’ll probably trick you into getting something you are thinking is free. I wish i could give zero stars but i cant. He was reported to corporate.

Upgrading to a new phone was very easy. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour!

The only Verizon store near us that actually helps customers. Even helped with linking a code with the new Pokémon go event. If you need that special code go to this store specifically and they have no problems with helping you out with it

I had a wonderful experience with Carl at Verizon (Freemansburg Ave,Bethlehem location) He was patient, informative, knowledgeable and funny during my switching phones and accounts. Hes definitely an asset to the Verizon store. The next day I had trouble connecting my phone to the Bluetooth in my car. I was greeted and helped by (I believe his name was Cash?) within minutes he had my Bluetooth working.

Awesome experience, Carl was so nice and helpful. Made it extremely easy to switch phones.

I arrived about 40 minutes before closing time and Carl patiently stayed with me for an extra hour or so after closing. I transferred data from an old phone to my new one and had to troubleshoot getting the new phone to activate, but he had a good attitude the entire time, even though it was a late night for him. He broke down my plan upgrades thoroughly and cleared up any issues or confusion I had.

Carl and his coworker were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Carl Watts was the main contact person for my new purchase,and it was a pleasure working with him. The service provided was genuine and expert.

I went there with my grandma trying to help her fixing phone. We spoke to someone named Josh, we were told he is the manager of the store. I feel someone should hear what a nasty person he is.We asked for help and he would not help and didn’t even look at us. He told us, he couldn’t do anything and think about getting a new one. We have been a customer of Verizon almost 20 years. We want back for third time and was lucky to get a young man named Russell, who helped right away with no trouble at all with great customer service skill.We feel if Josh doesn’t want to work and help his customers needs, he should leave the job and don’t lie to the customers and make them come three times in one day to get their phone fixed.This should be No star and give 5 stars to Russell.

I went in the store on August 6th and was met by the employee Russell. What a kind and very well mannered young man. I wanted to get the new galaxy watch and he helped me with the order. Wouldnt be in til around Saturday and could get it activated on Monday. He called me on Tuesday and said I could come in to get it. He did an awesome job and helped me with everything I needed done. Thank you.

I need a new phone and Russell was very patient and explaining everything to me. With the great Black Friday special’s I also ended up getting an iPad. CJ (I think) and Justin went above and beyond and getting me all set up.I’m not a big fan of tech stores but these guys are fantastic. I would highly recommend them!

Bought my phone on the tail end of the covid thing and Justin not only took his time going over every last detail, (and I was very particular about everything) but also had my phone brought over from another store while we did all the paperwork so I wouldnt have to wait to get it. The phone is awesome and I didnt have to spend hours getting it set up like my old phone. It really was the most seamless transition Ive ever had for a new phone. Total time from old phone to new was about an hour.Thanks again to Justin and the team at Verizon.
