By far the best experience I’ve had for getting an eye exam! All the staff was friendly and kind, they utilized technologies I had never seen before, and seem to have found the perfect balance between minimally invasive, and thorough. Dr. Bishop took the time to really listen and explain things in an easy to understand way. I was very impressed with the whole office and I’ll be back next year.

Every time I visit the staff is wonderful and Dr. Bishop is the best. They take the time to make sure my vision needs are met and everyone is super friendly. Excited to find a great Eye Doc close to my house and super convenient!

The staff is very nice but the Lipiflow procedure was not anything like my previous Lipiflow procedure and not worth the money. Also, they taped cups to my eyes that left a rash on my forehead..

My appointment was positive I saw Dr Cooper she was awesome very pleasant and went over everything so that I could understand it. The staff is very helpful and pleasant will definitely be returning here again for my next eye appointment.

Second eye exam at the easton office. Hands down the best place for my eye care needs! The staff at this office are very thorough and professional. The customer service is impeccable and consistent.

I really liked the optometrist and how thorough the exam was. The doctor explained everything and was very comforting. The person that assisted me in selecting glass was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am also very happy with quality of the glasses. The only constructive feedback is the reception and or associates that answer phones dont seem to have the same professional and welcome social skills as the doctor and others in the office. The experience would be greatly improved if front line associates are more respectful, tactful and responsive.

Found a new home for my eyes!!I had been going to another optometrist for 20+ years when they abruptly closed.Easton Eye Care took the prescription that I brought in. I was seen by an Optical Mngr (Cody) who made some suggestions about lenses and did a general fitting of the frames I had picked out. He passed along info that I had not been provided with regarding transition lenses and was just overall very well informed. The young ladies at the front desk (Olivia, Jessica, Alyssa) were excellent,, very helpful, very professional!! They ironed out a glitch in my insurance due to the recent use of it. I was seen and fitted in a bit over an hour as a walk-in.I discovered a great selection of frames available at prices that werent shocking but expected for quality products. GREAT experience all the way down to the young lady (Sarah) that brought me my finished glasses after just 2 weeks & 1 day. My eyes adjusted to the new lenses with NO problems.Im going back to questions!!

I had phenomenal service at my recent visit. The staff was courteous, informative, and professional. Office is very comfortable. Dr. Kyle N. Kravetz. Was probably the best eye doctor I have been to in a very long time.

Called 3 days in a row to order contact lenses and no call back. When I finally get through to somebody and expressed my frustration I’m told well we’re really busy. I said it’s been 3 days. She once again states “we’re busy”. I ask for manager and she’s of no help. Still waiting for contact lens prescription. Rude and disrespectful staff.

I went to an eye doctor in annapolis and they told me i only needed reading glasses from walgreens which i knew was false so i tried out Easton eye care and they gave me my prescription right away! and helped me pick my glasses out and allowed me to be picky without getting annoyed. they were so helpful!

Doctor Alex Carpenter is possibly the best ophthalmologist Ive ever experienced. Highly recommended.

Went to the office for the first time for contacts/glasses visit a couple of weeks ago. Aesthetically pleasing office, courteous front desk staff and technicians. Saw Dr. Kravetz (sp?), very friendly and personable. Ordering glasses was a snap. Great place to go if you need glasses/contacts, would recommend.Update 2021, came in for follow up exam, saw their newest optometrist Dr. Cooper. She was fabulous, as well as the entire team all the way from check in to check out. Thank you for your excellent eye care!

Its a nice place and the people that work there are nice but I have order just 1 pair if glasses 2 weeks ago and I still have yet to revive them it should take that long and Ive already paid for them.

Beware of the employees trying to offer services and not telling the customer that the service is not covered by insurance.

Came in for an easy repair, told it would be about 5 to 10 minutes. Waited over a half hour until i went up and asked if i was getting helped soon, no answer just i should be next. Asked to just buy the replacement part i needed as i could easily do the repair myself, but i was told it wasnt allowed and they need to do the repairs in order to charge for it. Im going across the street like many people seem to be doing now, ive been going here for 10 years and never had a problem. Quite a dissapointment at how truely unprofessional and unorganized the office has become. I called before i came by the way, told i didnt need an appointment for a repair just come in. Thanks Easton Eye Care, you are horrible.

The ultimate eyecare experience!

Very disappointed in the service here I would’ve much rather drove a hour away to get my glasses they told me two weeks and they would have my glasses in I called early in the day asking about them they told me they were in they just had to go through inspection waited all day for a reply went in near the end of there work day and they said they would contact me later how hard is it to inspect the glasses the lady at the desk had a attitude didn’t even try to explain I will not be going here anymore and if you need ASAP I would recommend it
