One of the best eye exam experiences Ive ever had! Everyone working in the optometrist office was wonderful.
Amy helped me with my two daughters pick out their new glasses. They loved them so much and she was so helpful with explaining how to properly take care of them. Wonderful experience!
I caught Covid-19 after having an eye exam here. When I asked if I could disinfect the eye wear (that I wanted to try on) I was looked at strangely, not given a forward an answer, and was eventually told that they clean everything regularly. Obviously, this was very untrue.Yes, it was on my part to keep pushing on the fact that I did not feel comfortable wearing said lenses without disinfecting them prior, but I honestly trusted them and unfortunately got sick in return.Do not go there or any optometrist during a pandemic, be smart and wait it out for as long as you can. Stay safe guys.
I purchased glasses there. First script was incorrect. The second was better.Dr. Lund was helpful However,I ordered Grey tint.I received Green.Amy was very rude and dismissive She said they dont have Green .I guess Green is the new Grey ! Never Will I recommend them!!
Called to get new glasses. Staff was great, the women who answer calls helped me quickly and was very nice and patient. Prices are good and fair! Definitely recommend!

We highly recommend coming to Walmart vision center. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Their glasses are of the highest quality. super reasonably priced, and the service after the sale is top notch. Thank you all !

I took my 13 year old son to be fitted for contact lenses (first pair) not only did the exam take a whole two minutes he didnt even do all of the proper testing to see that he got the correct prescription (Ive worn lenses for 20 years and go yearly for exams ELSEWHERE). Once the exam was complete he threw two lenses into the bag and sent us on our way. No one asked me what lenses I preferred he have, no one spoke to him about being a new lens wearer. (I told them I would teach him how to put them in and take them out since they were understaffed) however I would have appreciated a few short lines on what they would consider normal for new contract wearers in regards to being sure they fit him properly. Overall it was an AWFUL experience and I would NEVER recommend it.
I called set up for an appointment for contacts .and they said that my insurance only does glasses. Big b.s. so got glasses and now have to go somewhere else to get contacts .just so annoying because of making an appointment, waiting and cant get what you want.
I was here months ago to get an eye exam done. He said I have astigmatism (always had that) and no longer near-sighted. What was prescribed to me didnt suit me. I still have a problem with distance and the prescription doesnt help with that. I expressed myself to the doctor at the time, but he states he sees no evidence of it. The staff was nice enough, but I dont think Ill ever be coming in again.
I’ve been going to Walmart for years to get my glasses adjusted. I’m local to the area, and it’s a very convenient location for me to stop to get my glasses adjusted. Well tonight, I was turned away and told that they didn’t feel comfortable adjusting my glasses. I’ve been coming here for 3 years, and all the girl had to say was I’m sorry ma’am but I’m not doing that for you. I work 2 jobs, and don’t have the money or time to run around a million places to get my glasses adjusted. I will not be coming back.
Amy was a pleasure to work with! I got regular glasses and sunglasses with her and they were perfect! Was very patient and explained everything to me. Go see her!
Literally every time I come here theres not enough staff one and I have to wait hours. Why dont you give the store more hours to work with so you can actually have some staff on the floor, Im sure you make more than enough money.

Doctor did a 60 second exam and had a snotty attitude. Staff looked annoyed to be there. I asked for some colored contact samples and she seemed annoyed. Ugh Im just going to switch to somewhere else.

Vision center is fair enough, scored at 3 stars because it is unfortunately located inside Wal-Mart
This place is literal garbage. I wouldnt go here again if i was paid to by Walmart.
