Its been over two months and UPS envelopes not available(the guy here is arrogant and sarcastic about it too). I have been going to UPS at Staples in Easton instead. FedEx is located next to Staples in Walmart so it worked out plus better service. Pak mail is also a drop off location so no receipts are provided whether its UPS or FedEx.

I looked on Pak Mail’s website and it said that they notarize documents. I had to rush from work and meet another party at Pak Mail and get the document notarized. When we arrived at Pak Mail, the owner said that they are no longer a notary. So I ended up going across the river to a Phillipsburg, NJ service where we did in fact get our documents notarized by 6:00 pm. Not only was this false advertising by Pak Mail, the documents were time sensitive. The owner had no clue on where else to go. He never even offered an apology. I would NEVER go to Pak Mail again for anything!!! It was a horrible experience.

The guy that runs this place is awesome. Made it quick and easy both times. Didn’t even get to blink and I was on my way. Even offered him a $5 tip and he said it wasn’t necessary.

I live in North Carolina but Ive used their packing and shipping services multiple times for items won at Hartzells Auction. Very, very satisfied with speed of delivery, the safe and secure packaging of items, and reasonable fees. Thanks!

UPS says this place is a UPS return location and so does the sign in their window but it is NOT true.I have a UPS return from Amazon and they could not help me, the man working told me I would have to drive to Allentown or NJ. False advertising!! I researched it before going there, basically a wasted trip and I accomplished nothing. HoweverI also noticed a huge pile of other peoples packages Fed Ex, UPS all labeled and tossed in a pile on the floor like it was trash. No not stacked or organized just tossed on the floor where customers stand and wait. Ridiculous.

I use this place all the time. The owner is there at pretty much all hours - he is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I actually drive past the post office in my town to use Pak Mail instead.They handle a lot of high-end shipping (paintings, antiques, etc) as well as normal day-to-day stuff. Every service you’d need is there - Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL, and probably a few more that I’ve never heard of.Sometimes people complain about pricing, but that really doesn’t make any sense because pricing is based on the service provider and various other factors.This is a small business that does a great job and I will continue to tell people to use it.

Beware of this place! They over charge on FEDEX shipments. I sent a .5 lb envelope and they put in 10 lbs weight. So they charged me $111. I called them and the guy blamed fedex for the crazy rate. Rude customer service.
