I actually don’t want anyone to know how awesome they are because I want to be able to get in when I need them. Incredibly nice, fair, quick, and reliable work. I hate to admit it but I’ve had my car (and my wife’s) in there more than a few times and always left satisfied. I saw that they had one negative review on price, that’s just crazy, it’s got to be a fake. The other negative review makes no sense Steve and his wife are the nicest people you’ll ever meet.

Steve the shop owner is a true professional and you cannot beat the prices. He quoted me a price and when he had completed the work there was no extra fee. I was sitting there when a guy came in with a $7,000 estimate from another shop and Steve got it down to $2K. Not sure about the final bill. His wife is a doll and Progressive Auto Shop On 9 Mile in Warren referred me so I knew I was in good hands.

I have had a GREAT experience here. He repaired my vehicle ASAP and it was like new. Plus he touched it up and rubbed it out free of charge. I would highly recommend this place and I have to family and friends. I was treated with respect and even gave me a FREE loaner! Thank you Steve for helping me and my family out!

Steve is good at the work,but can be offensive when working on real project vehicles, what he forgets,talent shows when vehicles needs a true pro. Steve is good!

Ive taken my cars to Steve for years. He always does an amazing job of making them look better than new. He and his office manager are super at communication and the location is convenient. Youd be a fool to let anyone else fix your ride, especially if its a sweet ride like a Benz or Beemer. Steve loves cars and it shows in his work.

This collision shop was recommended by my insurance adjuster and I liked them too. Steve quoted accurately, gave me a loaner and had the work done in 3 days. I was amazed at the quality of the repair work- could not tell where the original damage was on my car. Will highly recommend to my friends.

Have went here three times for jeeps, and have had great service. Steve & Team do a great job. Pricing is also cheap, beats all local competitors. They do all types of cars too, from high end sports cars to SUVs. I would always recommend them.

Please note that in the future if you’re looking to NOT pay your deductible or discount our fees this is something that should have been mentioned in the beginning not when your car is completely fixed and Ready to be picked up. We would have told you that we are not the right fit for you, we do quality work an expect to be paid per our terms of agreement on the estimate. Your bad review was based on you not wanting to pay your insurance deductible nothing to do with our work quality or Steve.

My beloved 1997 BMW was showing signs of the inevitable....scratches, rust spots and so on.I took it to Steve at Motor City Collision, and today, 5 days later, I drove off with a NEW car!!!! I cant believe how spotless, gleaming, rust free and beautiful it turned out! He even threw in a couple of extras, and a free loaner.I most highly recommend Steve; his expertise, love and passion show in his work and he should be proud.I would have given him a 6th star if there was one!Thank you Steve!

What a bad experience, especially when it comes from the owner, Steve, who should be considered the role model for his employees and obviously he was the exact opposite. He was rude, impulsive, angry, and showed no respect. He didnt care if the job was done well he just wanted to get it over with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING this place if you dont want to be mistreated.
