Great body shop and excellent employees

I called this place up on a Friday evening to see if he could possibly straighten my bent frame and he told me to come in Saturday morning at 10:00am. I was there at 10:00 oclock. he ask me what had happen, then he told me that he would need an hour to place the car on the hoist to look at it. In the meanwhile, my wife saw a nail shop across the street, so I sat in the parking lot watching him the whole time, only to find out that he never looked at my car and called me to tell me that he was done and he would charge me $400 to do the repair. I think you should actually look at what needs to be done before you say what needs to be done. Very dissatisfied!!!
