To start, I’ve filed a complaint with SOS and BBB, I recommend EVERYONE who has experienced this to do the same so something can be done about this place & people can get their money back! I dropped my car off for a replacement engine 2/5/2021, I was promised to have my vehicle in 2 weeks. They never contacted me, I always had to contact them and it was always it would be ready Friday which it was never ready. I walked in there 8/24/2021 & they claimed to have been had my engine replaced. From that day I took my car back on 8/24, 8/25, 9/1, & the last day 9/13 because they were closed on 9/6 or else it would have been there that day instead. My car has stalled multiple times, the engine won’t turn over anymore, it is excessively loud, all lights on the dash are lit up, “time for service” light is now on, oil has leaked everywhere, & the radio no longer works at all. My engine was NEVER replaced, it is rusted & corroded now from sitting for so long, multiple wires are broken off INTO the engine or corroded off. My car is unsafe & inoperable & I’m 7 months pregnant and out of $2,402.19! They refuse to produce a receipt for where they ordered it, how much it cost, how many miles are on it & gave me the run around. I will be contacting the Hall of Shame & Hank to the rescue as well.

*BEWARE* My husband and I took our car here because they offer financing, they charge an arm and a leg. Upon finally getting our car back still the same problem. Service engine light on and flashing. This place is a nightmare. Very Shady. They also see if you have newer parts and swap them out and put junk parts in. This place needs to shut down. People constantly bringing cars back. They know people run to them because they offer financing and thats wrong. We are going to try to sue. God is going to come down on this place for them doing the public like this knowing they not fixing these cars. Calling Problem Solvers these place needs media attention!!!! PLEASE DONT COME HERE! Mechanics are Horrible!

My husband (D. Williams) and I (L. Williams) took our black 2012 Dodge Charger there to have a rebuilt engine put in. We took our vehicle here because it was close, but this shop is very unprofessional. They took a month and 2 weeks to finish the car. They said they would be finish in no more than two weeks. We were never called and updated on the car, and when we called to check on the car we could never get a straight answer as to what was going on with the car or when it would be finished. I had to leave work early to go and check on the car after a month pasted and we received no updates on the car and could not get through on the phone. Once I got to the auto shop the car was parked in the back the tech took me to look and it and said the engine had been repair but all the lights in the dashboard were lit up and that is not how we took the car in there, the tech then stated that they need to keep the car longer to get the lights off and they would follow up with us the next day at 4pm but know one called. Two weeks pasted and my husband went to get the car and had to take it back because the windshield wipers did not work, there was grease all over his tan leather seats and the car was extremely loud as if something was wrong with the muffler or the catalytic converter was missing. When we looked under the car it looked like the exhaust was welded back together but done very poorly. When my husband addressed these issue with the tech he was once again giving the run a around. There staff seemed unconcerned about customer service or quality work. They just take your money and do poor work. I would not suggest their service to any one. I think i will follow up with the Michigan Department of State to report their poor service.

Dropped my truck off at 10am for an oil change and three hours later is was not ready as promised by the clerk. I waited another two hours and the car still was not ready, the clerk never bothered to call and follow-up, I did. I was told the tech was in route to pick me up and my car was ready...lies! An hour after that conversation, I got a ride to the shop and my truck was still on the hoist and no one was ever on the way to pick me up. Once there the clerk apologized for the inconvenience and took off $100. Will not return.

The worst place. They especially get over on females and don’t tell you everything that’s wrong with your car until you leave and have to come back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

People fighting and yelling at each other. Hard to understand staff. Very uncomfortable to sit in the waiting area. Over heard someone talking about thief. Not an ideal place to take your car. Plenty of better places on 8 mile to get your car serviced.

I was quoted many places for my engine and all were outrages. I was able to get a great deal and put it on a finance. Will be returning!

Please do not use this shop. They have had my vehicle a year. They did engine work and my vehicle broke down 1 month after paying almost 4,000.00 on my car. My engine went out and I have been without my car. There mechanics are not certified. They cant even speak English well so how have they past a test to be certified. I will be contacting the hall of shame. Please dont allow this to happen to you. Stay out this shop. There work is garbage and you will be with no car and they will lie and say anything to get your money. The manager Sean is a lier and he will tell you anything. The worst shop in Eastpointe

Came in for an oil change and noise in my tire. They ended up finding a major problem that wouldve turned into a safety issue. Great Work!

ALERT:Do not take your car to this shop My Mother car has been there for over a year she revived engine work that was not done properly.They are being investigated by the state of Michigan For faulty repairs they also have mechanics that are not certified mechanics the owner has multiple name’s Be ware Trust me you will thank me later

I love this place. They actually listen to me even though Im a women. The main mechanic Joe great. They explain everything to you. If your hungry they feed you. If your thirsty they have that cover that too. Oh, by the way the place is really clean!!!!!!

They showed me areas of additional concern and would have explained the issues in laymans terms if I didnt already know why it was an issue. And they bought me lunch! Who does that these days? I feel confident driving my car cross country after the work they completed.

This place right here, use already used parts for other customers cars.. i came in a few days ago to get my car looked at because it was making a clicking noise and my steering was all over the place . They took a look at it, told me it was my brakes and control arms. I got it fixed. They told me it was all new parts and I should be good. spent over $600 . Not even 2 weeks later, it was happening again. Took it into another car place on gratiot. . I explained what happened and they took a look at it. The manager comes out and tells me, theres no way that they used new parts with the way my brakes, and power steering looked. . Im not going to get into what happened after. Just know, I will never be taking my car here again and ill make sure none of my family comes here either.

This place is very shady and un-professional. The only thing their mechanics are certified in is incompetence. After they installed a new alternator and PCM on my car, the gas gauge did not work and the air bag light would not turn off. They should have fixed the car with no questions asked. Instead, Joe the manager spent an hour explaining why they were not responsible and how he is sick of people bringing their cars back in to be fixed. This is NOT the way you treat your customers, Joe. Especially first-time customers, not if you want them to come back. Avoid this place at all costs!

Scam artist. They will lie and tell you what you wanna hear til you actually get your car. I waited 3 weeks for my car, was not given a loaner or anything. Out of 1k plus the cost for the repairs and my hood was damaged and only 1 side of brakes were done. Trash. Garbage. Waste of time. Save your time, energy and money. Do your research before contacting these hack jobs.

I was really impressed with the quality of work done on my vehicle for the price. Mike (Sales) and Andrew (Service Center Manager) really know their stuff and are fair. They have developed a good team. The mechanics are friendly and do good work. I would recommend them to others and will return when I need work done to my vehicle.

My husband Chuck and I have been coming here for a very long time. I thought we had a good rapport with everyone including Travis. But to my surprise when I got new tires put on they broke my sensor and zip-tied it to my tire! My car was shaking on the freeway and it could have turned out really bad for me. I am extremely mad and disappointed and will never be going back to them again!! I do not recommend this shop to anyone they will break your stuff and zip tie it like nothing ever happen buyer beware at this shop! If I could give it a zero Stars I would!!!

Sitting in Auto Masters right now....have received great service from Traverse. He was up front with me and quoted a reasonable price to repair my brake pads and rotors all the way around. I did my research and the price quoted to me here is the best. I would recommend Auto Masters

Do not I repeat do not go here! I am a painter and have a small painting business, I been going here for a while not knowing these guys have been over charging me and charging for things that was not done to my vehicles. A few weeks ago my brake light pops on and the mph gages was going up and down and not reading correctly. Travis and the owner Sean tells me my transmission is bad and it will cost 2400 dollars to rebuild it. Over the winter these guys put a engine in this same truck for 4,700 dollars. After taking my truck to another mechanic I learned that it wasn’t my transmission but it was a sensor that caused this problem which only cost me 200 bucks, Also after over looking my vehicle these guys never put a new engine in this van over the past winter. The mechanic showed me details that these guys have been ripping me off and robbing me for years. Not only that every last transmission sensor was unplugged to cause my vehicle to drive even worst! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! TRAVIS WILL ROB YOU! SEAN IS MONEY HUNGRY THEY WILL ROB YOU I PROMISE YOU THAT!! Horrible guys. I FEEL SO SORRY NOT ONLY FOR MYSELF BUT EVERYONE THAT DEALS WITH THIS SHOP

Travis and Andrew are cool and pleasant as front desk workers. I have been dealing with them a couple of years now, and they have took care of any problem with any vehicle I have. I appreciate the patience and time to fix my vehicles.

Everyone is very helpful and very reasonably priced. I had some major work being done and Andrew took good care of me. The mechanic took a lot less time then I anticipated and had everything done the same day.

Horrible! Took a longer time than they originally told me. When I finally was able to get my fixed car, I drove less than a mile and the same issues were still happening. New issues arising after going to them. Had to come back and forth from here 2 days in a row just to still not have my car fixed. In these two days Ive seen more than one person coming back, complaining their issues werent fixed either. They charged an arm and a leg and I will never come back, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service and even worse quality of work.

This place is a rip off the owner also owns the used car place right next store will sell junk cars and then when they brake the manager (not owner) sends the people to Goodyear where the owner then rips them off there too so both business get income off each other then he will sometimes tell people their car is done for and they need a new one when it is a easy fix but sends them to the used car place next door but doesnt inform them he owns both places and tells all employees dont tell anyone. RIP OFF

Called three other shops and they gave me the best price with a warranty!!!!. The manager mark kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. And sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle within a hour!!!!. I will be a customer for life.#

Shady! I went back twice for a check engine light they made 2 repairs @ a cost of $1,700. A few weeks later the light was back on. Took it to the dealer who replaced parts installed by Auto Masters @ a cost of $600.00. Auto Masters does shoddy work and will cost your more in the long run. Run, run, run to a reputable mechanic, NOT Auto Masters

I have even gone there for advice and asked questions while I am doing work on my truck, they have never hesitated to assist in anyway.

I believe I was taken advantage of bcuz Im a woman. Im almost $5000 in debt and my car still doesnt ride right. They wanted to charge me to get another wheel alignment done after the 1st one wasnt right that was done with the brake and rotor work. I got a new battery from them and my battery sensor came on a couple of days later. I got brake and rotor work done and my brake sensor has been on every since. Theres more but Ill just stop there. I will never go back!!!

Took my car here 4 times for the same problem never fixed

I took my vehicle to Auto Masters Goodyear as I was experiencing an issue with my heat not working and at one point my temperature gauge went almost to the H indicating it was overheating. Auto Masters informed me that it was going to cost $1,900 to fix a leaking Thermo housing, timing cover, and a coolant leak which was covered under my warranty. I did not agree to this, as I had put $1,200 in to my car to fix oil leaks around Christmas at this same place and decided to get a second opinion. After informing them I was taking it elsewhere, they tried to lower it to $1,100 and then $950. I picked up my vehicle and took it to the Chevy dealership. They just informed me that there is nothing wrong with the thermo housing or timing cover, and that the Coolant outlet itself has a leak, which is covered under warranty. The dealership recommended I get a coolant flush because apparently Auto Masters flushed the system and added a blend of coolant and water. My total from the dealership is $260 which INCLUDES a full-synthetic oil change and tire rotation! I will NEVER go to Auto Masters again and will pass this along to any person I know that even considers going to this place! Its a shame that I cannot rewind time and take my car to the dealership for the $1,200 I spent in supposed oil leaks. They are CROOKS!

HORRIBLE service was charged $4000,00 to repair 2 cars, nothing was done right after I told them Im going across the states, one car broke down in Tenn, the other car lost my air conditioner, had to bring cars back to much for more repairs they promised again to do it right, never happened. took my cars to another dealer only to pay again for their mistakes and I am very very dissatisfied with their service, they are fast talkers, liars, and said they did the work only to find out they did not. will be reporting them to the BBB for further actions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR CAR REPAIRS ESPECIALLY IF YOUR GOING OUT OF STATE CLEARLY THEY DONT TAKE SAFETY SERIOUSLY. They did not have no compassion for our safety whatsoever.

I thank God for allowing me to have my car serviced by Sam. He listened to all my issues and was patient with me when I was frustrated . My car has been down since I purchased it in Jan 2017 and I had no confidence in anyone who was helping me until I met Sam. He has gone above and way beyond his job to take care of me and satisfy me. Thank You so Much Sam you are THE man.

They stole my 1978 buick regal on 22 inch rims with a 350 engine turbo trans. Took it there to get new brakes when i went to pick it up the next day my car was gone. I made a police report and every thing. Do not give these people your business

Scammers. They will rip you off especially of youre a woman or if you appear to have money. They are very sneaky and deceptive. If you go here be advised they will rig your car and you will need additional repairs. A few years ago I was charged $900 not realizing It was a $250 repair and the $900 was down from the $1400 they originally asked for. How do these blood suckers sleep at night?

Took 2 vehicle in. 1 for tires ended up having 2 replace a new caliper as hose somehow was leaking and caliper seized. 2nd vehicle tires and front end work again after break leak caliper seized from another new caliper. Both times suggested I must have purchased a defective part. Will never go there again. Hope nothing else goes wrong

Not a fan of the service here. Went here to try and get air fixed. They charged me $90.00. Then two days later air was out. Im waiting for suburban ford to fix my car they are as bad as this place. I was trying to just spend some money to get it fixed. But i guess this wasnt the place to go to!

I had my whole front end repaired andrew helped me understand the need for the repairs and travis was very friendly and entertaining for my kids while we waited.
