No more dealerships for me. These guys were pointon from the get-go. Diagnosed my Xenon Lights electrical issue quick (it wasnt the bulbs). 1/2 the price of dealership. Accepts OEM parts from customer. Lots of good experts & Technology is in that place, dont let the building fool you. Suspension repairs are next for me, which they also diagnosed properly as well.

This establishment is a hidden gem! The staff are all very polite. The shop especially the restroom is always clean. John and Holger is Everything that Every BMW owner needs. Now that Ive found them I can see another BMW in my future. No more stress over excessively HIGH Dealership costs for maintenance and repair. No more stretching dollars or gambling with the less expensive less knowledgeable of BMW domestic mechanic. And did I mention that these guys really know their stuff.

I recently purchased a used Mini Cooper and was so happy to find out that the same service center I used to take my Mercedes and BMWs to back in the 1980s was still in business!I took the MINI over to have it checked out overall. Chris, the owner/manager, was exceptionally accommodating. There must be something in the water in that building that breeds great customer service, as it still is just as great as it was thirty plus years ago.My MINI has definitely found her favorite doctor. I highly recommend this service center.

I have an 2008 BMW 528i. Just rolled over 120k miles.My BMW hasnt had any issues under the hood, just brakes, power window motors, trunk opening and oil changes. Pricing is expensive, but comparable to other import mechanics. But these guys are FAST. They call you with a price, get it done in a day or at the latest 2 and call you when its done.They also honor thier work, they fixed my trunk switch, it went bad 16 months later and they fixed it for free. Thats what I call HONOR.

I took my mercedes years ago and received great service. However times have changed.......

Eric, the manager, owner, or boss, is very dirty unprofessional, disrespectful, and doesnt respect your time. I have a highly modified bmw I was told by numerous people he was the guy to see. I called in the am and was told by him to come by anytime between 8-5:30 and he would look over the car and we would start a plan to work on he car. The car is used only for business and travels 100,000 miles annually. He was also give. A reference to the guy who had been servicing my car to see what type of customer I was and I wasnt just blowing smoke! Which he was all aware of. I showed up at 5 not getting to all my customers to work this out. When I get there he tells me Im to busy moving cars youll have to bring your car back another time. They are closed on the weekend. So when was that supposed to happen for any potential problems came up? Any body looking for Indy bmw or foreign mechanic period call Mark at Auto Europe located at 611 S Eton St Birmingham Mi tell him Laurence told u to call. At least if I want your car properly maintained.

I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST ANYONE NOT TO COME HERE . I ended up with more problems than I started, and I came back because the first time was ok . they may have alright prices but DIDNT GET THE JOB DONE AND ACTUALLY LEFT MY HOOD STICKING UP STILL. Once I picked my car up it also had a blown speaker that was never blown, they simply told me it wasnt them . PLEASE DONT COME HERE.
