We have 3 foreign cars and we used to be bent on taking them to the dealership miles and miles away for everything. Now, I cant tell when last Ive been to my dealership. I love it here and if you live nearby, theyll even take you home when you drop off your car. They have definitely exceeded our expectations.

Recently had to take my vehicle in for some maintenance and had a great experience where the owner and crew were friendly, down-to-Earth, honest, and efficient. They were able to quickly diagnose the problems and didnt just rattle off a price but explained the why/how along with a fair price and reasonable ETA.They truly over delivered by having my vehicle ready 2 days ahead of the ETA. At pick up they took the time to explain and show what was wrong and how they fixed it. Super stand up crew and owner that I highly recommend checking out. They are busy for a reason!

Let Me say this.......My car went down in the recent flooding that happened in Detroit. I had another shop that was doing My warranty work, but I really didnt trust them. I was Divinely guided to this All Pointe Auto via a rental situation. Now, after making the right decision to go with All Pointes, My car runs better than it did before it got injured 😉 Now, I have a shop that I can TRUST and have security knowing that if anything ever goes mechanically wrong with My car that I have a Home that I can depend on 💪💪💪

Summary: They do great work. Theyre customer-focused. Theyre busy, so plan to be without your vehicle for a while. Theyre fair in their pricing and get good parts (not the cheapest, but quality for the price).Ive been taking my cars there for years now and theyre always fair and knowledgeable. Mike is the owner and he and his staff take great care to make sure everything is taken care of without trying to up sell you. When things arent critical to fix, he and his staff will bring it to your attention, explain what the impact is, and frankly tell you if it doesnt need to be dealt with urgently.Their prices arent the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Mike gets good parts and it costs what it costs for them, and hes fair about it. Hes not trying to gouge or milk you. They even have a list hanging in their lobby of what the cost of ownership is over 10 years for various brands, so their customers know what brands to favor if they dont want to have to come back to their shop as often. Mike and two other staff all independently recommended ways I could save money on maintenance, which will directly impact how often I have to pay them for work. If thats not customer-minded, I dont what is.Theyve always done solid work for me, and the one time I an issue that wasnt completely resolved, they quickly had another look at it and got it squared away promptly.They are often busy, so you may not be able to get very prompt service on your vehicle, but theyre upfront about when they can start working on it. When theyll be done is obviously dependent on their assessment of the vehicle once they get started with it and what kind of work you need done. Theyre good about calling you at that point and walking you through everything, and once they start, they get the job done as quickly as possible.Nonetheless, I usually plan to be without my vehicle for a few days when I take it in. Its the side effect of going to a great business thats good enough to be busy. I usually call ahead and they can give me a rough idea on when they think they can get started on my vehicle.In conclusion, I highly recommend All Pointes Auto. If you need to be in and out, or youre on a really tight budget, you may need to go elsewhere, but if you have the time and can afford it (though youll likely save money in the long run), I think youd be hard pressed to find better service.

I was told I needed tie rods by Bell Tire. $1,100. I took my car to All Pointes and they verified my thoughts that no tie rods were bad. They went through the entire front suspension and had the alignment done. They have always treated me fairly and been honest about what work needed to be performed. They have certainly earned my business.

Had a transmission issue with my newer model BMW after I had a Certified BMW tech drain & replace the fluid. After having that done, the car was whining & jamming gears while shifting, and I thought that I was going to have to replace the transmission (which I was quoted $5000 for) after the Certified BMW tech refused to acknowledge that there was any issue with it. Mike came recommended from a friend, and was able to diagnose & resolve all of the issues for under $250, all while being friendly and communicative during the process. I sincerely appreciate his honesty, communication, and work ethic (and the money that he was able to save me!!!). I highly recommend All Pointes for all of your automotive needs.

These guys are great! Honest, excellent at their knowledge of everything cars and I mean everything! The only problem they have, they are so good, they are so busy! Word of mouth travels fast great mechanics are hard to find and when you have a garage filled with them, there may be a wait if it’s not an emergency!

In an effort to fix my husbands car, I read local reviews. All Pointes stood out because everyone said they were good mechanics, but one lady said they were short with her. I thought this was perfect. A good mechanic with an attitude would make my New Jersey native husband comfortable! Well, the guy turned out to be really nice, but my husband liked him anyway. They fit us in that day, and did an excellent job of repairing the car. We are making All Pointes our new family mechanic!

These guys were awesome. Had a coolant line leak on my 01 ranger and these guys were super friendly and professional. Shop looks clean all newer equipment. They had my truck done the next day and the price was fair. I never once got that uneasy feeling like your getting take for a run around. I will definitely consider referring them and bringing my truck in again.

Its a pretty decent place to bring your car. Mike the owner is very thorough and tells u everything that he sees wrong at that point. But when he goes into fixing it if it is something in addition he will alert u of what he found that wasnt noticeable at first.

This place was awesome just had a low tire issue and pulled in this place. They literally took just a few minutes and found a nail in the tire and pulled it out and plugged it. My day was not ruined thanks to these people. Excellent service friendly smiling crew. Plus they weren’t even open they took care of me immediately.

Mikey and crew are superior mechanics, especially for foreign makes. They explain repairs and issues very well, and are very upfront about necessity of repairs. If its a safety issue, they let you know, conversely if it is something that can wait, they will tell you. Anyone that I have referred has been more than pleased, and very loyal.

This is a honest shop .. Some bonehead mechanic at D&P Auto was trying to charge me $300 just to look at my car.. These guys had my car all fixed up with an oil change for 400. Now my Chevy Impala is running like a dream!

Mikey isI recently blew a motor in a bmw 328 xi that was covered by insurance. All pointes did everything from make contact with insurance, to finding the replacement motor that they knew I would be satisfied with. Took our truck here on recommendation. Asked for an oil change and full inspection, with a print-out of anything that was wrong (the biggest reason we were recommended there). Instead, we got unauthorized work added onto our bill, a new clunking sound, and no diagnostics.Edit: I dont have my fiancees name yet, and he brought the vehicle in 2-3 weeks ago now. We were actually brought to your shop by he who recommended you. We own a 2000 Ford Excursion, which you apparently mocked by pointing out how lucky we were that it was the oldest year you would work on. You didnt check the truck in personally, but were present enough to have that as your lasting impression.
