They dont answer the phone or the number posted doesnt work. Every time I place a order through door dash the order is wrong and reason for trying to call store this is thrid time three different orders wrong so no longer will use that 7/11 try calling number only get fax machine noise

My son wanted to buy a wireless charger It was on the rack/shelf for $9.99 When they rang it up at the register It rang up for $29.99 As soon as I inform the clerk That it was advertised for $9.99 on the Shelf he got irate and started yelling at me that I was wrong and didnt know what I was talking about While he was doing that the other clerk actually pulled the sign up and show him it said $9.99 He still refuse to sell it to me at that price. Then even refused to give me a bag for the other items I bought Worst costumer service ever!!!! I aso filled a complaint with the corporate office for 7-Eleven and they said they had 3 more complaints just in last week

I love 7-11 but I noticed at this store they never charge the sale price. Like the hot drinks are 1$ any size but yet they scan your app and still charge full price and the same with cigarettes

Bought a box of Coca Cola and the moment I walked out the door and it closed behind me, the box ripped in half, dumping half of the cokes out of the box on the ground and damaging two. I grabbed everything I could with my hand and walked right back in. Employee refused to exchange with a box that wasn’t damaged claiming it wasn’t his fault. Terrible customer service. No help whatsoever. Will not ever come back.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Dont expect them to break a nickle for you with out buying something first.
