It has been a long time coming, we waited, and are very happy we did so, thereby learning of your company from my friend, Carol.Michael indicated that your staff worked efficiently each day, and we are sure that we are luckier than a lot of others we know whose home improvement projects took a lot longer than they were promised, not to mention glitches that came up, which we did not experience at all. We are glad that the project was completed on time, and we will enjoy cooking and entertaining at home.A driver from Art Van delivered our kitchen table last week, and indicated that he has delivered a lot of furniture to the units in our complex, and that our kitchen was the nicest one he has seen.We are sorry we had to call one of your staff out on a Saturday afternoon, but when the slight leaking from the dishwasher occurred, we had visions of your hard work getting ruined and did not want that to happen. We really appreciate your immediate response and are sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused for your staff on a Saturday afternoon.We are enjoying cooking at home, Michael was so anxious to get back to his stove and barbeque, and eating at home again is a welcome change over the last few weeks for both of us.We will certainly recommend your company to everyone that we know if they are considering home improvement projects, and we will happily let them see your work at our home. Ive recently had both the kitchen & upstairs bathroom remodeled by Eastside Kitchens and Baths. I was very impressed by the work of Joseph and his team on the kitchen project. Very neat and clean as well as quiet and quick, the things us homeowners pray for in a contractor. Peter knocked out the bath, singlehandedly with all the respect and promptness as the kitchen team. The only thing that couldve made the experience better is...if the work was FREE😂🤣😂🤣 THX GUYS!!! You too Bill👍🏽

In December of 2015 Eastside Kitchen & Bath started a master bath remodel. Along the way we had a lot of issues. Instead of six weeks it took over four months. The design could not be fully executed because structural issues that were not considered. Cabinets and hardware were delivered and installed stractched. When we had to make changes we asked for but never received change orders or itemized costs. Electrical work on the exterior of our home was started without our approval. We came home one day to workers in our yard! The communication was terrible and absolutely no communication was provided when the workers just stopped coming to our home. No one returned our phone calls or addressed our concerns. The work wasnt even reviewed by the contractor. I would never do business with them again.

Due to our recent experience with Eastside Kitchen & Bath at our new home we need to revise our rating. We had three projects (Complete kitchen remodel, dining room work and shower tiling. In regard to the kitchen project, there was a lack of communication, mistakes in specifications, more than expected workmanship issues, no end of job follow-up and complete disregard for issues that were not resolved.We have no complaint about the project cost and cleanup.Sadly, we can no longer recommend this company.

Eastside Kitchen and Bath was excellent to work with. They remodeled our kitchen. The owner designed a custom design for my backsplash, just beautiful. They were always on time and cleaned up daily. I was so impressed with their workmanship and their work ethics. I highly recommend them. The owner, Drew, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. A really gentleman.
