Absolutely love this place. They helped my son get a saxophone. Rick can fix anything! My son dropped his sax on cement and broke pieces and banged it all up. Just a couple of days later, it came back better than before.Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Put it this way, my son is pretty shy and we were in there tonight with four professional saxophone players, they asked my son to play them a song and he actually did. They gave him tips and advice.This place is amazing. They have private lessons available too.I highly recommend you come check them out. You will not be disappointed!

They set me up in a practice room and let me try so many saxophones until I found the perfect one. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and patient, and excited about finding the right horn! I will definitely come back next time I need something.

This is the only music store I go to. Richard is an excellent repairman and a real good person.

Go where the pros go to get their instruments supplies and repairs. You never know who youll see when youre in there. Rick proprietor is a mellow mild-mannered and very knowledgeable person. They have lessons for your students as well. Its just fun to be in that atmosphere around all that music history.

I went to buy a saxophone at this store, and the person I bought it from gave me a saxophone that has major problems. Most of the keys did not work, not to mention that he could not even repair it to the best of his ability. I will never come back again

Alright, I have never written a review before but I have always relied on them to decide what businesses I go to. I was lucky enough to find this shop 5 years ago and ever since my first visit I have not stopped going back. Rick is the best repairman I have ever gone to and I drive an hour and a half just to get my saxes worked on by him. I have bought countless mouthpueces, ligatures, reeds and and a couple of months ago I bought my Mark Vii tenor there. I cant be any happier with this business and upon the purchase of my sax, he told me I get a year of repair for free. If you have never gone, you need to go. Rick Pioch is the real deal and he really knows his stuff. You wont be sorry!

They use to be my go to. Now, service just went downhill. Man was rude upon entering and discussing my problem and he wouldn’t even take my horn to fix. Wish the place was how it was a year or two ago.
