Just bought a bed set there 2 days ago, and got a really great price.The store manager was polite, very helpful and knowledgable about the products. They have a lot of sale items, that are brand new, but were on display or used as demos, and they have them 40-70% off, and a big selection.The store is clean and well organized and they let you try just about everything in there. Matresses are colour coded for firmness, so easy to differentiate. Do not miss their big selection of pillows as well.They offer financing and additional discount if you pay the whole purchase, depending on what you get. There is also plenty of parking up front.We are definitely coming back when we are getting our next bed!

Donna was very knowledgeable and explained the 123 process, she found the comfort we liked and showed us a few mattresses in our comfort zone. We found the mattress we liked with the features we need. Donna was patient and allowed us to go back and forth until we decided on the best mattress for our needs.The store was clean and Donna used pillow covers and they had sanitizer in several locations throughout the store.It was a phenomenal experience. We will recommend Donna and Mattress Firm to friends and family. Best experience ever.

The sleep experts that work there are great. They listen, asked questions on how to improve your sleep and are generally intetested in trying to help you in getting the best possible sleep. I learned alot, plan on returning in the future, the guy even took the time to show how the beds would help with sleep issues.

I must say without hesitation that Donna, working at the Eatontown location on 12/1/2020 was the most kind, understanding person I’ve EVER had the absolute pleasure of working with on an issue I had with my mattress. She fully owned the situation and was more than understanding, patient, listened to every word I said and UNDERSTOOD the importance and all my needs as a disabled chronic pain sufferer. I felt truly blessed to have come in contact with an absolute Angle. She literally will change the pain levels I suffer daily. Our recent experience with purchasing a Tempur-Pedic mattress from MattressFirm was enhanced by their employee, Vito Albano who sold us the mattress set from their Eatontown (NJ) store. Besides spending an inordinate amount of time explaining the features of the Tempur-Pedic and comparing it (both in price and features) to the other manufacturers sold by MattressFirm, Vito gave us a great price and made us feel comfortable with what we considered to be an expensive purchase. While Tempur-Pedic has the reputation of being a great product, it is sold by a lot of folks. Not to take away from the other retailers and Tempur-Pedic direct sales channel, but the support we received from Vito definitely made us feel we made the right choice of where to purchase our bed.
