Meta was super helpful throughout our entire process and was more than accommodating when we wanted to make an exchange --this is usually when most sales reps are no longer helpful. Not Meta!!! She was very helpful and patient in helping us find a mattress that fit us best. Even helped me find a great pillow for my ailing neck. I highly recommend making your next mattress purchase there!!! Went there to buy a mattress when I came time to setup delivery and price it took so long that we had a date and someone else took the date we needed the mattress at a certain time so we could not buy that so we were shown a mattress that was a demo he said he would call us later to see what he can do on he price he called us next day to say he cant give it to us for that price and hung up I will never shop here again.
